I liked how the handicap parking was right next to the front door of the hotel. I also liked how comfortable the bed was. The mattress was the type that is memory foam. I also liked how spacious the room was and how all 4 of us managed to fit in the room comfortably.

The property wasn't the easiest to locate during the evening hours. There was a particular alley to turn down and it was possible that it could be missed. I also didn't like how cold the bathroom was. The moment that the bathroom door was closed, the colder it became. A separate heater for the bathroom would have been beneficial. The front desk staff would benefit from learning some interpersonal communication skills. In particular, I had a wardrobe malfunction at about 10:50am and being handicapped, I move slow anyway. I called the front desk to ask for a 10-15 minute extension and the individual who answered the phone was very impolite, rude and unprofessional.

I have stayed at several hotels in my adult lifetime and I have almost always had to have a credit card on file or pay cash for a ‘REFUNDABLE’ security deposit. However, my credit card has never once been charged that security deposit unless something in the room was damaged or broken. Which it hasn’t been. This property charged my card the deposit and I’m STILL waiting on it to be refunded and it’s been over 24 hours since my check out. Not pleased with that all all.

Jack at the front desk was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. He attended to all of our needs and even added a little humor to our stay with his jokes. He made

The man on duty at the third shift was very rude, and racist. He didn't make me and my family feel welcome at all.

I loved that The beds are Queen instead of double and they are very clean and comfortable, I also love the bath tub and that there is somewhere to put your soap, and the window seat is a nice plus, and it is very nice to have a fridge in the room....I've stayed there 3 times in the last 4 years, and if I go back again, I intend to stay there...Jack always greets us with a friendly Joke.

Breakfast was unexpectedly delicious. It was definitely worth more than the price of the accommodations.

The building appeared to be a little outdated. The facilities could use a make over.

Good location

Building is somewhat rundown. Mattress had a watermelon size dip in the middle. I kept rolling into it. Other than that the mattress was comfortable.

The room was cozy, but the lighting was very odd. Very bright. You didn’t have a side lamp. All you had was overhead lighting.

The elevator was extremely filthy the floors, the walls. The staff acted like they could care less.

I really enjoyed my stay and would visit again. I booked to get rest before work (Novant Health Medical) so I skipped breakfast. Overall, my stay was what I was hoping it would be.

I did get enough of rest because I had to go to work.

Breakfast was great every morning. I came there while my apartment was getting ready. It was comfortable and convenient. I would recommend the stay to anyone.
