Joel at the front desk was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. The cleaning staff went above and beyond. The hotel is located in a highly desirable area with plenty of shops and restaurants right at your door.

The pool area is very small with nowhere to sit. There was a rip in the chair in the room. Although I spray everything down, including the chair, I still didn't feel comfortable with the rip in it. Gnats were in the room my entire stay, 4 days 3 nights. Maybe they need to check to see if they're getting in through the vents... None of which deterred my high rating of this hotel and staff.

The hotel was very nice and clean. King room very spacious love the size of desk and the table for luggage. The location was great!!! There are many places to eat and shopping available in the plaza.

Upon check in there was a little confusion on the booking. We prechecked in... no info was explain about the facilities or checkout information. Did not like that there was no coffee available other than for purchase at the bar. We were there for 2 nights and it was never explained that there was no room service only after 2 nights so we had to ask for more towels both nights.

The hotel was superb! The location was perfect and so was the actual room. The hotel management and staff were professional and super friendly and made my stay very nice. The room was also top-tier clean and they gave me the option to have it refreshed daily, which I really appreciated.

The only thing I didn't like which is outside of the hotel's control, but worth mentioning to travelers is that there is a waste/recycling center or hub next to the hotel. This meant I heard heavy duty trucks as early as 3:30 am in the morning and as late as 11:30pm at night. This apparently was only during weekdays but if you're traveling for work and need sleep, it can be disturbing to your rest if you're a light sleeper like me.

Excellent faculty. Everything in the room and lounge was decorated nice and had an updated decor. Sleep was great as I never heard any noise coming from the hallways or outside from the parking lot. Hotel is approximately 15 minutes from downtown with many restaurants and grocery stores along the way. I’ll definitely stay on any return visit to the area.

Nothing really. No free breakfast is only complaint I guess but there's so many nice spots in the area it doesn't lower from the hotels value.

I liked that the bathroom was a good size. The hotel is in a good area The room was a good size Loved the view from the 6th floor

I didn't like the knob kept falling off when we had to turn on the shower. I don't know if they have this option, but if not, in double queen bed room, have a shower alone instead of the tub/shower combo The body wash was broken off the wall. No microwave .. Nothing that wouldn't make me go backthough.

Maid service was non-existent. Coffee service in morning wasn’t available very early and then you had to “buy” the cup at front desk to use in a Starbucks machine. How about just provide good coffee in lobby and early enough for early birds.

Room was quiet and cozy. Hotel was in a fantastic and convenient location that was close to highway, grocery stores and restaurants.

The room needed microwave. It had refrigerator.

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure our large family's stay was comfortable and that all our needs were met. Joel at the front desk is particularly great!

The room was very clean, staff was friendly n helpful, everything was within walking distance, loved it, loved it, grear place, great area, 10 out of 10, OUTSTANDING!!!

There was no microwave in the room, my only discrepancy!
