Kat at check in was amazing! She checked on us to make sure our room and stay was meeting our expectations. I'm honestly upset I didn't get to see her before check out. We had a problem with our car that had nothing to do with the property and they helped us tremendously. They even have a 12pm check out which was perfect! Breakfast was great and our server was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to be surrounded by stores and restaurants and a single-family living community. Very clean on the grounds and the area. We were able to find parking right outside the hotel entrance easily even on the weekend. We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Staff was phenomenal and facilities are BEAUTIFUL! You couldn’t hear ANYTHING from adjoining rooms or in the hall while in your room (which is a HUGE thing I look for while traveling). When we got to the hotel and realized we had to use a parking ramp for parking my first thought was oh god this is going to be a nightmare… it wasn’t AT ALL!! Thank you Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Waverly for making your hotel feel like home away from home!

Pools was closed for maintenance… this would have been great to know as we came from Minnesota and were really looking forward to being able to use the pool!

There were no unpleasant odors, the carpet was spotless, and the bathroom was impeccable. The bed was very comfortable, and the bath products were both fragrant and high quality. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was the air conditioner it was louder than expected and a bit distracting at times. Other than that, everything else was great and made for a very pleasant stay.

The only thing i would say and it wasn’t a huge deal was we left our do not disturb on the outside door knob and when we come back from Up to our room the tag was taken off and put on the inside and they had Cleaned the room… which is ok but we normally don’t like knowing someone has been in our room while we aren’t there due to possible personal Items and all being left out but other than than it was a awesome experience and I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel and a couple staying two doors down had two huge dogs that barked some and all but once nighttime came you didn’t hear them through the night but other than that it was great

Perfect location and nice sized handicap room.

What was supposed to be handicapped had a tub to step over with no seat to sit on to shower. Had handrails but that doesn't allow a handicapped person to take a shower if they cannot stand. Dangerous! I texted the general manager but she never responded. Finally got the front desk to get us a handicapped chair to use.

On major artery, clean, restaurants and shops nearby, typical amenities.

The refrigerator is low to ground, and I scraped my knuckles everytime I opened the door. It fits too tight and moves in the space it sits in. I picked this hotel because of the outdoor, rooftop pool, which was closed for most of my 4 day visit. Also, a bit disappointed in quality of snacks offered in little store.

This property is very nice. The room was nice and clean. Lots of room even though it was just the 2 of us. Check in was easy and staff was nice. We were here for a track meet at Weddington High School and it was close to the interstate and the school. Nice location.

I wish breakfast had been included.

I loved how the hotel looked and my room. The interior looked beautiful and my room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and it was also clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

In the heart of everything. I loved that I could come Down stairs and have a drink or dinner in one spot . The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed 2 nights and the staff had already remembered my presence the second day and asked me was everything still going great
