Hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast was adequate, better on Saturday. Rooms and beds were comfy and the gym had everything I needed. Location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. I have listed my dislikes below, but overall the accommodations were fine and I would consider staying there again.

On Sunday they advertise breakfast served until 10:00 am but the staff appeared to be putting things away before 9:00. The choices seemed to be sparse after 9:00 am. Additionally, I requested a room on a higher floor, away from the elevator. I had also emailed my request ahead of time. Upon check in, I repeated my request several times, however I was given a room on the 3rd floor directly across from the elevator. This seemed in direct contradiction to what I had asked for. There was someone smoking weed on the floor or in the elevator. The smell eventually dissipated, but was unpleasant while it lasted. Lastly, upon check out the attendant was MIA. I waited 15 minutes for someone to return to the desk so I could get a print out of my receipt.

It has a great location, and the continental breakfast is better than the average. Our room was really clean, and the King Suite has plenty of room. Our room had a smart tv with streaming capabilities, and I love that it had a microwave (some places are doing away with those nowadays). The front desk staff was very friendly, and even though the hotel is pet-friendly (I assume because people were bringing dogs out of the hotel) it didn’t smell like it.

You have to request your room be serviced by housekeeping in advance. That’s hard to do if you’re only staying for 2 nights.

Location was great, easy to locate, nice area with restaurants and shopping close by. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, which is a typical hotel breakfast. Breakfast staff was friendly and kept items replenished.

Not enough towels in the room. Two bath towels are not enough for a couple. Sign on bathroom mirror indicated rooms are serviced every other day. So you are expected to reuse your towels? Discovered latter that you have to request your room be serviced, which is hard to do if you've done online check in & digital room key.

This is a return trip to this specific hotel because of the staff! It's a nice enough facility and clean as a whistle, but nothing spectacular...except the staff. To a person, they're special, and they're why we returned, and why we'll return again. Special note to Cordia, who took care to make sure everything was perfect. Rooms on the west side are wonderful, especially 5-6.

No indoor pool, hot tub.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. My room was so nice. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Quiet. By my being a solo female traveler, I felt pretty safe with that added security lock feature. The staff was so nice and pleasant. Amie and Christina, both ladies, were so sweet and nice. Keep a smile. The breakfast was very good. They provided coffee around the clock. Big plus for me. This hotel was very affordable for my weekend budget. It's within miles of plenty of eateries and shopping. I will definitely be back and recommend it. Great for a 2eekend getaway.

I like that the hotel was clean and it was beautiful. The room was large, I love the layout of the room

The breakfast was okay. It was edible, I didn't like that it wasn't hot. The beds were uncomfortable that I woke up with my back and neck killing me. I didn't like the pillow, neither. They were weird shape, not fluffy. It felt and looked like if someone put a bunch of cotton balls in a pillow sheet. I had to fold it in half to have some sort of support

The king size suite was very spacious, just no dresser in the room, with a large desk/table located in the middle of the room creating a separate space on the other side of the room to lounge around. Modern bedsheets with outlets on both sides of the bed.

The location of the TV forces you to try to move it in order to use it from the bed. You can use it from the desk/table without moving it.

Breakfast was very good. I selected hotel due to it's location and proximity to venue I was visiting in the area

It was reported to me by other guests that there had been a series of car break in the previous evening. When I enquired regarding security the staff member, who had not been working the night of the incidents, informed he was the sole staff on reception an the car park had no security cameras etc.

Our room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

The staff at breakfast and lack of food anytime we went, for example, when we asked the server if we could have some yogurt she brought one each, her choice of flavor, and the bowl was always empty. There rarely was any black tea.

I almost could not open the door to my room. I am a 67 year old woman with arthritis. My daughter who is 32 and very small (106 lbs) also had trouble. Do they really have to be that heavy? Also, the bottom of the tub was very slippery. They do make tubs with non-slip surfaces. Other than those two things, the hotel and staff was excellent.
