Location was a bit isolated (business distict)no where to walk in neighborhood. Breakfast could use some upgrades.small selection to choose from an when an item ran out employee seemed hesitate to make more .sleeping accommodations an cleanliness were fine we might stay there again

Price of a drink from front desk $4.86 to high.gas station down the street select drinks two for $3.00 is were we got them from if guest ask for more. Food because an item ran out be happy to make more that's your job.dont be hesitant

The property location was average for an airport hotel. The property was super clean and the room I was in was amazing in size

What I didn’t like , which. Is not the property’s fault, the lack of options or info on the web for food close by . Even the staff had issues getting food at night. For this to be such a busy area that’s pretty lame for the town.

The room was large. The bed was very comfortable. The interior design was lovely. The bathroom was well appointed with good cleansing products. The staff was efficient and the transportation back and forth to the airport was great.

The total price was very high for approximately 7 hours. I suspect that most of the people are staying there for only 1 night.

The breakdfast wasn't kept stocked; things clearly run out, but odd that one coffee urn (2 different roasts) and other items were gone at the same time and no one was monitoring. I really wanted a suite with 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us but that just wasn't an option.

The property is very close to the airport and has excellent shuttle service to the airport. They had a decent breakfast which was a convenience before heading to the airport. The room was comfortable and quiet.

I was not able to adjust the thermostat in the room. The thermostat seemed to be preset and fixed at 70 degrees because no matter which buttons I pushed I could not adjust it up or down. Thankfully it was a comfortable temperature as I do not enjoy being overly hot or cold when I’m sleeping.

The room was clean and Ebony along with the rest of the staff were awesome!!!

Besides the room being smaller than what we are used to and the noise from the planes passing over, the room was nice! After awhile the noise didn't bother us as much as when we arrived!

Our stay was only 1 night but it was exceptional. The staff was so friendly and the cleanliness was outstanding! I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Charlotte!

Close to airport. Gal at front desk was amazing! Clean and spacious

Water in shower was all but impossible to regulate. Would get scalding hot and then ice cold with no notice.

The front staff were very helpful in suggesting local restaurants. They have a shuttle to the airport if needed and at the time we stayed there, there was a shuttle that would take you to restaurants within a 5 mile radius.

Lilttle bit noisy due to the proximity to the airport.

The staff was exceptional, the room was very spacious and super clean. Breakfast was lovely, a wide selection of food to choose from.
