Excellent, and I mean EXCELLENT, location. The "back" side of the hotel where our room was overlooks a little pond and one of the little business parks in Ballyntyne and being able to sit out on the balcony was lovely. I also took advantage of the walking trail (it's slightly more than 3 laps per mile). Front desk staff on Christmas Eve was very friendly considering they had to work. Check in and check out flawless. Room amenities were very comfortable and everything was clean. As a bonus, there is a large Circle K not too far away that was very well-stocked. Would stay again.

I liked the property and the young lady at the bar who had Chase step aside so the she could accommodate my reservation from a month in advance that he stated was cancelled.

Chase was very rude over the phone when I was explaining how I was coming in from SC after work to meet a friend that I have not seen in over 20 years. I wanted to decorate the room with balloons and Chase was very condescending. Once I arrived he stated that my room was cancelled and no other room was available with the king bed and balcony. I asked for corporate or supervisor number but he said there was noon. My friend had already landed from NY. The lady at the bar helped us and got us the room we had paid for. My niece was there and spoke to her being that I worked a 12 hour shift and drove here. Then I was charged when the room had already been paid for.

We liked the location and the hotel overall for most of our stay was quiet. the hotel itself was clean.

We checked out a day early because they put a loud family next to us who kept using profanity while talking, and those teens or preteens had no respect for others in the hotel. It was 4 a.m., and I was awoken by them again, and they would not shut up. We had no intention of spending another night like that, so we just left and cut our honeymoon short. That was very disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very nice, offering comfortable accommodations and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Additionally, the location couldn't be more convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I had a fantastic stay and will most definitely return on my next visit! Highly recommend!

I like the view from our room balcony, also liked it was a store right across the street and a ATM located on the property. Made everything very easy to access.

I didn't like how I was charged a extra $20 when paying for my room, I was never told anything about this when I was booking, that should have been included.

The property was very clean and majority of the staff were super friendly.

The Bistro staff were not available to assist us on the morning we were checking out. When I asked for coffee the lady said you want to pay for coffee when you can fix it free in your room? I was aware of the self serve in my room and wanted to purchase coffee to get on the road home.

The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. I loved how it was right across the gas station. Also close to a few restaurants! It was super clean which is a big plus too.

The pool was shut down for maintenance which was a bummer, it wasn’t mentioned on their page when I booked the room nor when we were checking in and that’s one of the reasons we wanted to stay there. The room was super nice but we didn’t feel it was worth $186.00 for a one night stay.

I like that it's a clean, safe area, free parking, that food can be purchased if wanted. There are plenty of options nearby if people want to eat out. There is a Circle K right across the street that is big and clean. There is an indoor pool and a nice seating area outside in the back with a fireplace.

That breakfast was not included.

I had a great stay at the courtyard with family. One of my favorite hotels to stay when traveling. Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, pool, spacious hotel, and the balcony. It’s close to everything and has a nice trail behind the hotel. Thank you to Dricka and the front desk.

I love the fact the pool was inside. Also, me and my spouse also loved the fact of having a fire pit on property. After enjoying the city, we loved going by the fire pit having a couple of drinks and laughing. It really brought us together.
