Location, location, location!!! Also very clean, great team members, lit parking, and competitive price.

The bed was unstable a bit and I could feel the springs.

I loved everything. The hospitality was amazing. It was comfortable. The room was a decent size. I loved the outdoor patio with the fire pit.

I rated the cleanliness as okay because on the last night we took off the top bed sheet and saw there was a giant hidden red stain on the bottom sheet. I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they washed it and it just couldn’t come out because it was red but I do get disgusted pretty fast so it did bother me. Since it was our last night I didn’t report it as I wasn’t sure if they would just blame us since we didn’t say anything as soon as we got there. The cleaning overall was pretty good so hopefully it’s just the germaphobe in me that was bothered.

Breakfast was good, decent variety to choose from. The attendant was not very friendly at all, she did not clean anything during the time that we were there. She seems a little overwhelmed. Egg omelettes were put out extremely cold, otherwise the breakfast was pretty good. The dining area was pretty clean though. B+

Attendant I assume was doing her best to keep up with so many people for breakfast. We thought that she could have done a better job of cleaning up the food counter occasionally.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was pleasant. I love that the doors lock in the lobby after a certain time. So everybody doesnt have access. I felt secure. It was nice and quiet. The place was clean and set up nice with a nice layout. I loved the streaming services ☺️. And the breakfast was 🤌🏽 (chefs kiss)

At first I didn’t like being put on the first floor by the janitor closet but the room number turned out to be my birthday number (which is the reason I was there in the first place) so it made it right ☺️

Proximity to shopping, restaurants, and Carrowinds. Nice breakfast

Walls are so thin I could hear the neighbors conversation that lasted until 2am word for word...dude has issues. People arguing nearby. Worse than normal apartment type sounds. I call front desk and it was quiet after that. Disclaimer: check that the hotel clock alarm is turned off. My kids did not and got woken up at 3:20am LOL they learned a new life lesson.😀

Well kept. Everything looked nice and new.

Booked a room with 4 people and only received 2 towels. Not enough pillows, pillows were worn. Waffle station for breakfast needs to be moved from the other hot food. People just congregate there and block everyone who doesn’t want waffles.

The location of the hotel was perfect because it was not too far from the mall and the relative that I was visiting. The breakfast was excellent and the staff member manning the breakfast was very attentive with all the guest.

The only problem I have is that rooms are not automatically cleaned daily.

There was a minor issue with the cleanliness/prep of our original room. The staff showed immediate concern and went above and beyond. Gave us a better room immediately, which was excellent!

The young woman at the front desk (maybe Aniya) very pleasant & welcoming which is so refreshing after a long trip! The property was immaculate in all aspects! Probably the cleanest I have ever seen. My room was spotless and I loved the fact that the young woman who cleaned our room made little roses on top of the toilet paper & tissues! Not sure if this is expected at your property but was definitely a nice touch! Breakfast was full, plentiful & delicious. I ended up at this property because I was booked elsewhere down the street & it was awful. We HAD to get out of there as soon as possible. This exceeded all of my expectations & would highly recommend this property to all who travel!

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous, it smelt lovely and was so clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were so soft and luxurious. The staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast was nice. The outdoor area is so beautiful, with a nice pool. The gym is well equipped and the room was very clean
