Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful

Our room had a few issues. Reading light on bed broken, we reported. Wall in bathroom was dirty and full length mirror had finger prints all over it Breakfast bar was great but not open long enough on weekends for leisure travelers. Only business people. Locked up right at 930 with people still coming down and plenty of food left

The staff was very welcoming, courteous, helpful and professional.

Shower door wouldn't stay closed. But this was not a deal breaker at all. I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the room and the facility itself.

Hotel was nice - breakfast was good. We liked the location. Seemed as if breakfast was removed just a couple minutes early each day. James checked us in and was super friendly. Room was nice.

Bed was a bit too soft. Hot breakfast options were limited to spinach quiche or turkey sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit. I didn't try the quiche.

The hotel was nice and in a good location.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The bed was even more comfortable than the one in my house lol. Other than that the Fairfield hotel was an amazing experience.

If I was to give 1 comment about my stay its this, there is a Best Western down the road. It isn't as nice or as modern as the Fairfield but they do give you a full breakfast (bacon, eggs, ect..). I feel that the Fairfield is capable of the same thing (especially for the price you pay) because bagels and muffins isn't gonna cut it.
