Location! It was close to everything I needed!

They put me in a smoking room. The odor was pretty horrible. The first time I stayed here I was completely fine with the other room that was non-smoking. Grade deduction was because they never called me back to offer me a non-smoking room even though they said they would.

Coffee and breakfast good, they actually had grits, mustard, mayo and ketchup with delicious apples. Room spacious, bedding great, could of had softer or lower pillow options. Staff very cordial, friendly, and all kept clean.

Street Noise to our stay as we were on trash pickup side, early morning 4-6am. We were on side facing toward Charlotte.

The breakfast was ok. It was nice to have coffee available. The front receptionist was wonderful. She was very friendly, helpful and professional and provided exemplary customer service.

The breakfast could have been more desirable but I was not expecting breakfast in the first place. There really was not anything that I did not like.

Overall a nice facility. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

Not much water pressure in the shower, our toilet ran for quite a while when flushed. And even though we had a Nonsmoking room, you could still smell it very faintly when we would return back to the room.

The breakfast was the best that we have ever had in a hotel setting. The location was easy to find and was not overcrowded with other businesses. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The heating/cooling system was difficult to operate. More USB ports would be appreciated.

Didn't care for the breakfast, old hotel with outdated amenities, shaniqua at the check-in desk is the best. Room was Clean but worn . I liked the bed and slept good

Made me pay with a credit card when I got there. Said that the booking.com method of payment declined. I also had to pay $100 deposit. I need a refund from booking.com

near my daughter college

I always stay at this hotel when we bring my daughter too college and this the first time it has roaches I had too go too the store and buy spray to I could spray the room 🥲

Located close to Wingate University and near many food choices. Also the room was very comfortable.

Some areas still need painting, but our room looked great.

Location was great and within walking distance of alot of places. The beds were so comfy and was made for great sleep. Staff was awesome and very professional. Worth the stay and not very expensive.

The rooms could be updated a lil bit. Only one side of the beds nightstand had an outlet for multiple devices that could charge everything at one time.
