This was a good place to stay on the way to the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable, the shower had hot water unlike other places we’ve stayed. We were on the first floor and noticed that it was very quiet and had dark pull down shades to block out the sun so we could take a nap after a long day of driving. The location is also great, it’s only a short walk from cracker barrel and a close drive to other restaurants and stores. Continental breakfast was also good with plenty of food options.The indoor pool was a little cold, but we still had a good time.

The breakfast was great and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and they had free cookies and lemonade daily. Also, you have to get the chocolate chip cookies as soon as they are made or you will miss out because they are so good!

Not much to not like other than the fact they were working on the patio so I couldn't go outside while the kids were in the pool. The last day we were they they were done with the patio.

Became 2nd home while home was under renovation. Staff was exceptional; Donna & Collett were so accommodating and efficient in ensuring our room accommodations when 3 extentions of our stay became required. Our room(s) were cleaned everyday and breakfasts were excellent. Laundry devices were excellent, available, when became necessary, and priced reasonable for use.

NO Grits or Waffles on breakfast menu; and getting back on Independence Blvd - need a cut thru to Sam Furr Rd to utilize light

The hotel is really nice, clean and offers the best breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 4 nights and our room was never cleaned even though we mentioned it to the front desk after the second day. The woman we told apologized to us and made a note of it but still the our room was not refreshed.

I watched people touch all over the breakfast which made me go across the street to IHOP because there was no one to watch them. They would pick up food with their hands and put it back. Trying to leave felt like next to impossible due to all of the traffic on Independence

Loved having breakfast option available in the hotel instead of having to drive somewhere to get breakfast. The front desk staff were great and friendly. Being greeted by wonderful staff at first arrival makes the stay so much better.

I mostly had coffee. Maybe the time could be a little later so that late risers like self, can partake in more.

One day, my first full day on the property, housekeeping knocked on my door. At that time I wasn’t ready and told them to come back later. I was out and about for a good portion of the day. However, there was no evidence that anyone came by when I returned.

This is the second time staying at this IHG, it was rather quiet and was very clean. it is located in a area that is close to restaurants, Walmart and department stores. the best part is the bedding! The mattresses are so freaking comfortable as well as the pillows. best sleep in a while. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
