The staff was great. They couldn't find my reservation because I booked through booking.com instead of the hotel's actual website. They were super apologetic and polite as they sorted it out. I thought I was making the reservation with the hotel and not a 3rd party like booking.com. I will be more cautious next time. I was grateful the employees who were checking me in took interest in solving the problem.

I didn't like how booking.com somehow kept its hooks in me as I attempted to make my reservation on the hotel's website and not through booking.com

We arrived very late but checked in early by phone, front desk was nice and helpful. Then we we actually arrived at the property John (overnight front desk) was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and we were very happy with the space. We would definitely stay again because my Sister lives in Ft. Mill and we are out of state. It was very close to everything we needed. And if were able to stay longer it is super close to Charlotte, NC, which we are very interested in checking out one day in the future.

My partner said the breakfast was lacking. Other places we've stayed there's been at least one or two fresh hot items (ex. eggs & bacon or Pancakes & sausage). He said all there was was bagels and stuff to microwave and he left to go to Wendy's for breakfast. The bed was very firm, not good for my back but it was ok to sleep. Room was very warm (76) even though we turned off the heat and even had to put the AC on. These aren't deal breakers, we were still happy with the property!

I love that the rooms were so large and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of towels, great lighting, love the full length mirror, love the bathroom and the kitchen.

Would have loved more breakfast options. There were too many carbohydrates and not enough of selection for the way I eat. We went to fFirst Watch for breakfast instead. The water pressure was very low in the bathroom sink, shower, and toilet. Also, there was a smell coming from the garbage disposal. I put the stopper in the sink so that we couldn’t smell it anymore.

The suite, the accessibility to many places, the real feel of a home but in a hotel and all the facilities.

I had my cat with me,in a carrier and I let the cleaning crew know that she was in her carrier not roaming around in the room. Never once did the cleaning crew come into my room to give toilet paper, clean towels and washcloths or even clean bedding. I ended up having to buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to keep room tidy. I just want to say if a patron has the tag on the door you should clarify what it means because in my 5 day stay speaking to the personnel /manager wasn't doing anything. Asides from that issue everything else was good.

The location was ideal, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were excellent as well. While the lobby decor isn't to my taste, it was well laid out and easy to navigate.

There was excessive mold on the shower head, the water pressure was weak, and the body wash dispenser was empty. I didn't feel clean after that shower. The breakfast area in the lobby was comfortable, but I noticed parts of the ceiling were hanging loose directly over the seating along the front window. My appetite disappeared even though the food options were excellent. Seems like this facility is very new, so I was surprised by these findings.

Large room with kitchenette, sitting area, lots of shelves, and large shower. Clean and seemed fairly new. Free waters and apples offered at the check in counter. Friendly staff and very convenient location that is close to many restaurants and stores.

Really nothing to complain about…the faucet in the kitchen area was loose but still functioning fine.

Rooms were big and clean! Nice fire pit area!

Check in had no clue what they were doing. Issues at check in and check out. Then we were charged more than we were supposed to be charged for the total stay. We had already been pre charged by booking and they were saying we still owed. The manager came out and changed the rate of our rooms and said that's why the system was saying we still owed because booking didn't charge us the right rate. I have NEVER had this issue at any other hotel and I always use booking.It was stressful to deal with because we had a large group and had rented multiple rooms!

The indoor pool, breakfast was served, the room was clean, comfortable and a nice size, I like the area it was in, complimentary water, apples, tea, and coffee,

The clerk barely understood what I was saying (she worked our entire stay), apparently there was a Christmas party in the lobby, could hear running upstairs, breakfast bowls all had onions and peppers in them in which you could not see until you open them, not a good view from our room window just trees and the roof

We love the location as it is close to a beautiful neighborhood where we love to walk our dog. The bed is very comfortable! The shower has the shower head at the opposite wall to the lever that turns on the shower. Brilliant so you don’t have to get wet waiting for warm water to come out!

The room was a 10! Very spacious. Very clean. The young man and woman working the counter were very kind. We ask for a room change, nothing at fault of the hotel, just didn't like things we were hearing from the room next to us. Very smooth process.

The breakfast I would give a 3 out of a 10. The breakfast sandwiches were pre made/ tasted like they came out of frozen box and heated in the microwave. The homemade waffles people were making did look good. I would have liked to have seen muffins.
