A home-like feel with luxury qualities. PET-FRIENDLY. Good breakfast nice furniture. Big space. Floor level. Location. Nice front desk.

Construction during the time not the hotel's fault of course but to let us know to prepare more bit loud in the morning. My room had no trash bags in the trash bins. Some of valet were nonchalant, careless & slow the link to retrieve my car seemed pointless took 10 mins when 1 of the guys that were actually nice helping out said the max it would take is under 10 and I had no response and it wasn't busy. Need to fix that there. The pool area looked pretty low down too, pool was small & surrounded too much by building for the view but for the most part of my stay I loved everything else.

It was a good experience. The facility itself needs some repairs and improvements. The swimming pool and gym are small, carpets in the room were worn out, etc. The breakfast was okay but reduced to a minimum of options. The big plus is the personnel in all areas, starting from the receptionist, continuing with the waitresses and bartender, valet, and cleaning staff. The location is a plus when talking about the proximity to the city center however, with a major shortage due to the traffic noise during the rest hours in the night.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The young ladies were smiling and in a cheerful mood. It's nice to come into a hotel after traveling for a while to smiling faces. The ladies seem to enjoy their jobs.

the room was nice, and staff was great at check in. the only thing that needs work is the valet parking was sorry, the workers were standing around not really working when we arrived. the line was out on the busy street so, they could move with a little more urgency, especially because a lot of people were checking in for a Friday night Charlotte Hornets game. They didn't even offer to help with bags or to help find carts for your luggage. Just pure laziness.

Everything! Beautiful cozy rooms, the views of uptown Charlotte were awesome. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. There also was a delicious morning breakfast! Would definitely stay here again and again!

Parking was unorganized! Was told by Valet employee to park across the street and it would only be $25. Not true, first the machine took my money didn't give me a receipt then it actually cost $56 not $25 as told. Went back to valet since I was scared of getting towed by not getting a receipt and was told by the same Valet person it was full at 330pm...only after 30 minutes of checking in. Had to park in the preferred area and it cost an additional $40 for the night. Valet employees do not need to send cars away when they don't know the real prices of the "across the street" parking.

The overnight valet charge was CRAZY. $40 and I wasn’t even parked for 24 hours.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was great and the shower was incredible. Best hot water of any hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff were all incredibly friendly and efficient. The breakfast included with my stay was the best included breakfast. Everything was fresh and very delicious. I would gladly stay at this location again.

My fellow guests had some trouble with the king size bed in the room. I blame that on them not traveling very often so nothing would quite match the bed at home. I thought the accommodations were more than sufficient.

First of all, this hotel has valet parking. I never had valet parking. Therefore, I loved the experience. I felt like a celebrity. The staff was friendly. I didn't have to leave the room for food because they had a bar and grill. They also had concession. I loved the scenery including the beautiful canvases throughout the hotel. The room was cleanly.I was located on the 16th floor and had a beautiful view of the city. I'm staying at the Hyatt everytime I visit NC!

The room was great! Located on the 17th floor & even though the room was near the elevator, it was not noisy with other guests. We enjoy the full use of the kitchen that came with all the fixings of a kitchen down to a wine opener! The hotel itself is within walking distance to everything downtown Charlotte.

Be prepared to pay Everyday for parking. The hotel offered secure valet parking at the cost of $40 per day. I was not expecting another $120 added to the hotel stay, but the vehicle was safe in a parking garage and not a random lot.
