Room was perfect size for my family of 4. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious and slightly different in options between saturday morning and sunday morning. Location is awesome because it puts us right by the light rail and we were able to take a quick ride over to Hawkers Asian street food restaurant and back. Will definitely come back here.

The valet attendant that worked around midnight Saturday night took over an hour to take my car in. I left it in the front area by the valet signs and even talked to him when I got out of my car because he was about to park the one in front of mine. He confirmed and took the keys but when I came down close too an hour later, it was still in the exact same spot. I could understand that he recently had alot of cars, but I stuck around long enough to see him take a 30 minute break I guess, sitting on his phone. Even after I brought his attention to the vehicle.

The room was great. Spacious and excellent facilities. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean. I had hoped to use the pool, but the weather was pretty lousy whilst I was there. I did take a look and it was very small, but adequate to cool off if needed.

The free breakfast was rubbish. I don't eat carbs so my choice was very limited, I was able to have some bacon and scrambled egg. It was cold and tasteless. I didn't bother with it the second morning. The photo of the free breakfast showed yogurt and berries Reality was a very lumpy looking yogurt and some hard melon. Really disappointed. I would just go to the excellent diner across the street.

A home-like feel with luxury qualities. PET-FRIENDLY. Good breakfast nice furniture. Big space. Floor level. Location. Nice front desk.

Construction during the time not the hotel's fault of course but to let us know to prepare more bit loud in the morning. My room had no trash bags in the trash bins. Some of valet were nonchalant, careless & slow the link to retrieve my car seemed pointless took 10 mins when 1 of the guys that were actually nice helping out said the max it would take is under 10 and I had no response and it wasn't busy. Need to fix that there. The pool area looked pretty low down too, pool was small & surrounded too much by building for the view but for the most part of my stay I loved everything else.

It was a good experience. The facility itself needs some repairs and improvements. The swimming pool and gym are small, carpets in the room were worn out, etc. The breakfast was okay but reduced to a minimum of options. The big plus is the personnel in all areas, starting from the receptionist, continuing with the waitresses and bartender, valet, and cleaning staff. The location is a plus when talking about the proximity to the city center however, with a major shortage due to the traffic noise during the rest hours in the night.

The facility itself needs some repairs and improvements. The swimming pool and gym are small, carpets in the room were worn out, etc. The small gym and swimming pool, which are both small in size. The traffic noise between 22:00 and 07:00 hours.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The young ladies were smiling and in a cheerful mood. It's nice to come into a hotel after traveling for a while to smiling faces. The ladies seem to enjoy their jobs.

the room was nice, and staff was great at check in. the only thing that needs work is the valet parking was sorry, the workers were standing around not really working when we arrived. the line was out on the busy street so, they could move with a little more urgency, especially because a lot of people were checking in for a Friday night Charlotte Hornets game. They didn't even offer to help with bags or to help find carts for your luggage. Just pure laziness.

The level lobby was in poor condition. The food left on the bin (pizza box) sat there for a couple of days along with a slice of pepperoni on the ground. The building needs some repair and it could do with a proper inspection to bring it up to a good standard. I called ahead to advise I had mobility issues and was told they might have someone to assist. On arrival I was offered a luggage trolley. I couldn’t walk properly let alone push a trolley so I used my rolling luggage as a crutch to get myself upstairs.

Everything! Beautiful cozy rooms, the views of uptown Charlotte were awesome. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. There also was a delicious morning breakfast! Would definitely stay here again and again!

Parking was unorganized! Was told by Valet employee to park across the street and it would only be $25. Not true, first the machine took my money didn't give me a receipt then it actually cost $56 not $25 as told. Went back to valet since I was scared of getting towed by not getting a receipt and was told by the same Valet person it was full at 330pm...only after 30 minutes of checking in. Had to park in the preferred area and it cost an additional $40 for the night. Valet employees do not need to send cars away when they don't know the real prices of the "across the street" parking.

Very convenient, nice rooms, comfortable beds and pillows.

The overnight valet charge was CRAZY. $40 and I wasn’t even parked for 24 hours.
