I recently stayed at the My Place Hotel in Huntersville, NC and was pleasantly surprised by the quality for the affordable rate I paid. The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. While not overly spacious, it had everything I needed - a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, as well as a separate living/dining area. The bed was very comfortable too. The staff members I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth processes.

I travel for work and this hotel is very close to work. Facility was new and nice was very clean. I liked having the kitchenette. The beds were clean and comfortable ac was so cold I have to turn it up (never happens for me) shower’s had great pressure with hot hot water. It’s very close to several fast food options and a gas station. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing I “didn’t like” I do wish I would have gotten a bathroom like the picture showed when booking (walkin shower) BUT I also didn’t ask to switch.

First and foremost you need a key to enter building that level of security is a good peace of mind, parking lot and location very safe no loitering outside. Hotel is very clean and rooms are outstanding you get great exceptional value and service for your money, best sleep I ever had comfortable beds amazing designed bathroom bedroom and kitchen.

Breakfast is not included a lil bummer its paid for separately.

The hotel was a perfect place for a one night stopover on our way down south. It was located in a quiet and more residential area, away from any highway noise but also not as central to restaurants etc. It is a newer hotel and that showed in the very clean condition of the room and amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel offers extended stays for guests who, we were told, are primarily on the first and second floors, so we were given a third floor room where it was supposed to be quieter. Unfortunately, we were woken up by very loud rap music at 5:30 am in the neighboring room and it didn't stop until 2 hours later.

I normally cook my own food, but I like the availability of offering breakfast to be delivered to your room. Jo jo was awesome and professional, always greeted me coming and going, always wanted to ensure that I was comfortable, and checking to see if I needed anything. She displayed acts of kindness and always showed a sense of urgency when I was in need of any services.

Nothing could have made my experience better, everything was up to my standards and expectations. Excellent Job.

We enjoyed our room. We were a little surprised to see no utensils in the kitchen. But we would definitely stay again. The staff was very friendly, except for the gentleman who worked Christmas night. Everything seemed like an inconvenience to him.

Impeccable hôtel! Location close to I-77 N. Our Golden Retriever was welcome with a pet fee of 20 USD.

Breakfast was not included in the price; however, breakfast can be ordered and brought to your room for a fee.

The hotel feels new-ish and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. It had everything we needed for just one night, with our dogs. The dog fee was reasonable, plenty of grass, and a poop bag station. Well lit parking lot.

Everything was a very nice hotel and if or when I go back I will stay there these rooms are more like small apartments it was awesome

I think the road leading back to the location should be more lit up and I wish that there would of been breakfast

Super nice staff. Very clean except as noted below. Quiet. Early check in appreciated. Easy check out. Everything super clean, bathroom especially, which is very important to me.

There was a big red stain (lipstick??) on a pillowcase that didn’t notice right away. It was dry, so not from us. I think it was just an oversight as the rest of everything was VERY clean, which is much appreciated. The mattress was good, the heavy duvet/quilt was very warm. There was, however, no top sheet so we had to sleep either with no covers, which got too cool for my partner in the middle of the night, or with the heavy duvet, which got my partner too hot. An oversight that there was no top sheet? I consider both of these “complaints” to be very small issues, nothing that would stop me from staying agan.
