The hotel was very nice and clean for the most part. The beds were great and the breakfast was a wide variety of well made food.

I found a small peice of beer bottle in the pool. The room also had some minor damage and the pool was on the colder side.

The cleanliness, comfortable bed, and access to the dove! Staff very friendly and check in was very easy.

The cover on one of the beds were stained. We didn't notice until we left. Hopefully it was washed

I liked the hot breakfast and that there was plenty of choices plus enough for everyone. The front desk evening guy (Jordan) was great and the front desk girl (Malayka) in the morning was just a ray of sunshine. The breakfast manager (Karen) was on point making sure everyone was distancing, masked and gloved up, plus keeping breakfast supplies stocked. From now on, my family will ONLY stay here when visiting Charlotte. Though the world and the lying media wants all of us to believe and promote division, you did not see nor feel division at this Holiday Inn Express. I witnessed love, caring and genuine unity. May God bless them all in their success during troubling times.

I have no complaints with this place. The only thing I really did not like was the burdensome restrictions forced on us all. I felt bad that Karen has to micromanage everyone at breakfast. Having to put on masks and gloves to get breakfast is a pain in the a$$. My family felt like we were going into surgery for a meal. However, it is much better than a brown bag breakfast.

Need a rest room in pool area. Was a inside pool. First night LOUD screaming children not a relaxing late evening swim. Day two woke up to have a mid day swim before days events. Only to get to pool and it was closed for maintenance. This was 10 am. We were told buy staff that pool would not open till 4 pm. We were unable to use pool that day either because of planned event that we would not return till after 11 pm. The safe in room was locked. When called desk to ask how to open. I was told by the female that answered that she did not know and that I could just carry my valuables with me😡. That is impossible at a concert. None of the USB ports worked in the room they were bent.

The room was in excellent condition. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The breakfast was very delicious. My picky 3 year old even loved it. Pool was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly.

The soap, conditioner and shampoo need to be packed in individual containers. They were for everyone to use in pump containers. I asked front about and was told they wipe down the containers after each guest leaves.

the hotel is in a great location to all the stores and also to Concord Mall. We were going to Topgolf, so perfect location to stay at and plenty areas to eat at as well. Was also able to check in early.

Arrived early and was able to check in early. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Had a problem with a/c and it was taken care of immediately.

There was a pool and the temperature was great!

The towels in the pool area were not kept up with so there were no towels. The breakfast could be better but it wasn’t the worst we have had.

Lovely hotel - clean, new, staff in hotel were friendly. breakfast was tasty.

Had a really hard time getting a hold of staff in concerns to them shipping me my lost item. I understand that a staff member had a death in the family - just wish I hadn't wasted my money on priority shipping. The team assured me they could get me my item and it is coming 5 days later than expected.
