Hotel seems to be brand new and it has an elevator which is great when carrying big bags. They also have amazing breakfast with plenty options, that's a nice touch. In addition they have very comfy beds and shower was also quite good. It is a plus they don't have a bathtub but a regular shower instead. Bed was very large which was a plus.

When I arrived at the hotel I asked for prices which was doubled to Booking so I was informed to book there. I have booked a room but when I went to the reception I was given another one and the receptionist stated that nothing could be done as any other room would be more expensive although it clearly stated on booking App that I booked a different room. He didn't seem very friendly at all but other than that the experience was great.

I like the cleanliness, the amenities, and the location of the apartment. The shower was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the gym and pool where easily accessible. The location of the apartment is in the center of the city and is a great location in regards to being walking distance to the main attractions of the city.

Personally there wasn't really anything to dislike, however accepting the idea that you are in the city is essential. The city is not a quiet place especially on game days. If I had to complain about anything, it would be how slow the elevator is, but that's just nitpicking.

The lobby was clean and smelled fresh. The staff were helpful and friendly. Quick check in. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was clean and in working condition. Overall, a good place to stay for us.

There was a deposit for us to stay that the front desk staff didn't tell me about when we checked in, but the next shift staff member that I spoke to let me know what it was for. There wasn't anything else but that.

The folks working here were absolutely fabulous. They were so accommodating and helpful. I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid but will ABSOLUTELY be staying here exclusively for all our Charlotte trips. Even the breakfast was pretty impressive for a continental style. Waffle maker and all. The room was very clean as well but it was the people working the desk here that really won us over.

I could tell it had been renovated and it was very modern looking in the lobby and it was beautiful. Huge parking lot so I could park near my room. Not noisy and no loitering in the parking lot. Huge elevator. Breakfast was served. Not a huge variety but decent if you’re on the go or in a rush. Bed was comfortable. Overall for a quick nights stay I would stay again

The upgrade was really nice the room was clean and the king size bed was really comfortable, the third floor was really nice I didn't expect to see what I saw, it was a drastic change from the first level and the second level, and the complimentary breakfast area was really nice as well.

The fact they let us see the room before taking our money. It was clean and very nice. We got our deposit back. The way they remodeled make you want to stay longer. Not that high if you book it at least a week or two earlier. Didn't think to take pictures also a great thing for me, cause I take pictures usually it means I wasn't satisfied at all, however I still should have taken pictures

The beds are not for people with back or spine issues. No breakfast thanks to COVID protocol. It rained the entire time we was there which was good and bad. I forgot to take pictures

Everything about this place the housekeepers are awesome, the front desk people are very nice. The breakfast is great don't stay anywhere else but here!

There is absolutely nothing about this place I don't like it all and I've stayed at a lot of places you can see the amount of reviews I've done I recommend this is the only place you ever stayed

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. It was quiet every night. The a/c worked with no problems.

The worst I can say is there was no channel guide.
