Breakfast was decent. I took it to work with me to eat on the run. I do wish the omelets were available everyday I didn't care for the scrambles eggs.

No waffles available. I didn't like I had a work reservation and my own, I came in a day early. I message the hotel ahead of time about it and requested same room. When I checked in she couldn't confirm that???? said I would have to wait for the morning staff to confirm. So I really couldn't unpack and get comfy not knowing if I was going to have to change rooms in the morning before going to work. I don't understand why she couldn't check on that for me Sun. night.

The lady working the evening shift was not in the mood. I don’t understand the grumpiness nor do i think it’s acceptable in hospitality . I had booked the hotel because my flight was cancelled. Up in the room it says to ask the front desk if you needed a toothbrush etc and that it was complimentary . I walked down instead of calling and was just told there was no such thing as a complimentary toothbrush at the hotel. So why are there signs?!! The attitude was really unnecessary. The lady working the next morning was lovely.

My wife liked enjoy the breakfast. She made it a point to get up and dressed to go get breakfast. She talked a lot about the he staff member who assisted her while at breakfast. Sorry but she couldn’t remember her name. Overall, the breakfast was great.

We like you staff who was very helpful and respectful. Very clean, neat with multiple lounge area and WiFi desk. The park lot was clean with outstanding lighting. Overall, the rooms and command area is well maintained. Will definitely stay at your hotel again when in the area and will recommend it to others.

The hotel is set up nice (bonus for being next to a shopping center), elevators went decent speed, staff was nice.

The breakfast was not good at all, no flavor- even the eggs. Also, very stingy with giving towels to guest. I requested additional towels but could only have 2. We had only 4 towels total for 5 guests/ 2 night stay. One other small critique- the shower curtain may look cute but was so impractical. The water sprays directly on the floor (and we only had 4 towels remind you).

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious, and there were many options to choose from.

After a late night at a concert, I didn't like that breakfast was from 6:30am to 8:30am.

My Check-in was easy and pleasant. The room was clean and on the back side of the fourth floor facing the woods... Which was nice. Shopping centers and restaurants across the street for convenience.

Bathroom walls could be wiped off. Another issue was loud music on Saturday early morning and Sunday morning around 4:30 am(which I finally decided to call about). Would still book again and hope for a less noisy area.

Breakfast was very good. Service was excellent. Beds and pillows were very comfortable; usually a problem for me.

TV in room was hanging drunkenly; could not be fixed until the following day. (Only stayed one night.) Not important enough to fuss, although we informed the front desk. Was like a very crooked picture hanging. Floor had debris in areas under desk, beside bed, etc. Shower -- water pressure was soft.

Breakfast was amazing!! Loved the fact that everything was labeled to identify what you were getting.

Housekeeping! We asked for a late check out for our last day. Housekeeping knocked twice and entered room without announcing themselves, I was undressed when they walked in. Some missed communication possible by front desk or negligence on Housekeeping.

The night staff could be more welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Overall, very relaxing stay. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, and clean .

Night staff was not welcoming when I checked in. Maybe she was having a bad night? She did her job by checking me in which is basic.

the cheese omelet was good. The room was pretty clean except for the carpet. the staff was friendly and helpful.

Strong smells in the hallway, weak coffee at breakfast, the carpet in our room was sticky=209, I wish the shower head was handheld. I wish the fridge had a freezer or a control to make it colder.
