We loved the place... but my boyfriends Jordans were stolen out of our room. We definitely brought them inside and we went out to dinner and when we came back the shoes were gone. We reported it to management but they said they couldnt do anything about it.

They could have offered us a discount on a future hotel stay or a gift card or SOMETHING!! Honestly we just wanted the tape to see who went inside out room but they claimed they didnt have one.

The morning staff were super friendly and just awesome. My son is a little goofball and the morning staff goofed right back with him it was so sweet. He absolutely enjoyed himself while there.

I would have to say the only negative thing is it was like 1,000 degrees out in the hallways up on the upper floors which inturn made it have a little musty smell but besides that can't complain.

I was annoyed at the Cleaning Staff my room happened to be on the first floor across from the Storage where they prepare their carts for cleaning. They were extremely loud every morning I literally had to open my room door to ask them to be a little less loud that was highly irritating. Other than that the staff behind the desk was exceptionally pleasant.

My family was well rested and enjoyed the breakfast and pool.

After my stay, I tried to view my receipt online and could not get my password to work. The person in technical support could not fix it and offered me points after I transferred to another person who misleadingly swindled me into a package. Getting my hopes up, only to be really disappointed.

The breakfast was very good & there was variety. The coffee was very good. The dining room looked pleasant. Staff was friendly. The location was excellent for me as I wanted to shop at the nearby IKEA. Much more shopping near by as well.

A bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated.

Good location. In general most hung were just ok. I expected more from a Hilton brand

Previous reviews mentioned the hot water issue. The hot water was only slightly over body temperature. Our shower was plumbed backwards. Turn toward hot increased the cold etc. this is a known problem that they are not addressing.

The hotel was in a great area, right in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Especially with the little snack bag at check-in.

On Sunday we found out that vehicles had been vandalized the night before, this made us a little nervous about the area.

Having a microwave in the room. The continental breakfast was decent.

The tub and shower curtain in the bathroom. There wasn’t a floor lamp or lighting in the corner of the room which made it difficult for reading.

Great location. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast and along with the great service , the property continues to make us repeat customers!
