The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. When I say quiet, it was silent in the middle of the night so if you need a little noise, bring a fan or white noise maker because there isn't a way to turn on continous fan for the unit. Even though the pillows were the small squares, they didn't flatten and with the bed had a great night sleep. Breakfast is great and enough choices for everyone to enjoy. In the evenings, they have snacks and drinks too. Clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. Bonus is that it is only 15 mins to the Charlotte Speedway.

Clean. The bed is soft. The coffee anytime was nice. The staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out was easy. Parking was good. They served free dinner but we were at the concert so we have no opinion of quality, but free is nice. Magic Sushi was our lunch option right across the street.

Breakfast was not good. Dry, hard potatoes and powdered eggs. The biscuits were so dry, I guess that is why people soak them in gravy. Not our thing. I did hear a table of women discussing how good the gravy was so I guess it has some positive reviews. The syrup bottle had clumps of black hair stuck to it so that was pretty gross or I would have had the waffles.

When I read the reviews for this hotel, I thought it was too good to be true, but booked it anyway. This place is incredible and all of the reviews didn't even do it justice. Breakfast and dinner are FREE for hotel guests. There is free popcorn (freshly popped!) and fountain drinks throughout the day. The rooms are great and so clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my son's stuffed Dino behind. The Hotel Manager tracked it down and sent it to my home so he wouldn't become a permanent "lost toy". I only want to stay at Drury hotels from this point on and I am so thrilled that I found them!

The staff was well mannered and very friendly. I really like the breakfast, dinner and evening drinks sitting back talk trash with the staff and other people that came down to socialize.

The last night of all nights that i went to bed early at 9 to get up at 5am to head home. And there were several lil kids going from room to room closing door playing in the hallway and making all kinds of noise from 10pm to a lil after 12am. That was my only complaint. I should've called the front desk but i didn't. I just told the desj clerk in the morning when i checked out.

Our room was a good size and the king sized bed was super comfortable. It was very quiet. We appreciated the free soda and popcorn when we arrived back late in the day. Breakfast was provided, which was good, however I need a gluten free diet and there were very few gluten free options (though there was very clear information on what allergies were present in the food)

The beds were not comfortable and the housekeepers never came and cleaned my room despite me not leaving the thing on the door. I had to empty my garbage near the ice machine and leave my used towels on the floor outside my door and they never left me new ones or more toilet paper. I had to go to the desk and ask for towels and toilet paper more than once I also wish that the 2 adult drinks we get per night was at a different time like 3-5

The location is really convenient with many food options close by. The breakfast was amazing with many choices and everything was fresh and clean. The indoor pool area was great and the kids enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable.

I wish there was a refrigerator in the room. The people staying next to us or near us were up all night. No fault of the hotels.

The two ladies at the desk were absolutely wonderful. They greeted us with a smile and very polite. Checking in was super easy, there’s a “kickback” from 5:30-7:00, we didn’t get to make it because we already had dinner plans. The facility was really clean and welcoming. The bed and pillows were cozy. We will definitely come again!

There was a sign stating that breakfast was $14. I prefer breakfast to be included with stay.

The staff are welcoming and very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. This is a no frills hotel that provided us a safe place to stay while we attended a concert close to the venue. For one night, it was exactly what we wanted.

The sheets were clean, but scratchy and the walls are thin - you could hear other guests, but thankfully was not an issue for sleeping.
