When I read the reviews for this hotel, I thought it was too good to be true, but booked it anyway. This place is incredible and all of the reviews didn't even do it justice. Breakfast and dinner are FREE for hotel guests. There is free popcorn (freshly popped!) and fountain drinks throughout the day. The rooms are great and so clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my son's stuffed Dino behind. The Hotel Manager tracked it down and sent it to my home so he wouldn't become a permanent "lost toy". I only want to stay at Drury hotels from this point on and I am so thrilled that I found them!

I loved everything.

The staff was well mannered and very friendly. I really like the breakfast, dinner and evening drinks sitting back talk trash with the staff and other people that came down to socialize.

The last night of all nights that i went to bed early at 9 to get up at 5am to head home. And there were several lil kids going from room to room closing door playing in the hallway and making all kinds of noise from 10pm to a lil after 12am. That was my only complaint. I should've called the front desk but i didn't. I just told the desj clerk in the morning when i checked out.

The staff the amenities - food and drinks, the price & location

The beds were not comfortable and the housekeepers never came and cleaned my room despite me not leaving the thing on the door. I had to empty my garbage near the ice machine and leave my used towels on the floor outside my door and they never left me new ones or more toilet paper. I had to go to the desk and ask for towels and toilet paper more than once I also wish that the 2 adult drinks we get per night was at a different time like 3-5

The staff are welcoming and very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. This is a no frills hotel that provided us a safe place to stay while we attended a concert close to the venue. For one night, it was exactly what we wanted.

The sheets were clean, but scratchy and the walls are thin - you could hear other guests, but thankfully was not an issue for sleeping.

Very clean property in an excellent location. We chose this because we did not want to stay in city center and pay for parking fees just for a night’s stay. Free breakfast and a light dinner can’t be beat. Well maintained room and bathroom. This is just the 2nd Drury property that I’ve ever been too and did not disappoint.

I liked everything in this property. It was the best value for what we paid. They are doing some renovation work but it did not lessen our experience at all.

Everything is newly renovated and the beds are so comfortable. I been coming to this property for years every time I visit the Carolinas. Drury Inn is like my family. It’s been the same staff all the years that I’ve been coming here shows that they’re dedicated to this company. They always make me feel at home and not to mention, they get two meals a day when checking in this property, thanks for always making me Have a good stay.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was nice and in a good neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants and the Interstate 85. Our room was clean and had comfortable beds. We liked the pool (Indoor & Outdoor) and the jacuzzi. Good breakfast! Plus: free Dinner from 5.30 pm to 7 pm and free Popcorn and beverages. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our room was a bit dated and the window too small.

The staff was excellent, from the receptionist, Samoy, to the bartender and food staff. It was an unexpected delight to find that a buffet dinner and drinks were included with my reservation. The food and drinks were exceptional and I deeply enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Every staff member I came in contact with was very pleasant and friendly. If I could have, I would have extended my stay.

The breakfast had a lot of choices, the pool and hot tub was nice, room was clean, staff was friendly. Gave us a free drink voucher for the bar for no reason and had free popcorn between certain times of the evening! I would stay agian for sure!

The Assistant General Manager Abbey was perfect. I’m sure she’ll be promoted in the near future. She would be an asset to your company. She has the qualities I’d like if I had that decision to make. Attitude, integrity, smiles, confidence, direction and most of all a people person.

One elevator was not operating (light bulb out) and residents didn’t take it. It must of just happened because we used it to go up.
