We were at a business trip so the location was great for us. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, even with a small kitchen. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly. There are a large selection at breakfast.

The highway is somewhat close to one side of the building so the rooms are quite noisy on that side. There are two elevators but only one was in operation so we have to wait sometime to get to downstairs.

The mop used to clean the lobby area was not clean. It was sour smelling and the lobby didn't smell.good..The price of items in the store was extremely overpriced. The lighting in the room was terrible. It was several lights that didn't work or very dim. There was hair found in one of the beds. But we just slept on top of the bed and never got under the covers.

Great location,rooms recently renovated.staff very helpful and accomodating.in spite of the ongoing renovation,staff very gracious ,helpful and professional.

Parking was an issue with renovations taking place is.,Extra dumpsters,trailers parked in available spaces,but,staff accommodated guests...downstairs check in still being updated

clean rooms, lobby and breakfast on site

the smell of weed as soon as you hit the parking lot. ppl were out front but further down the sidewalk but. they were smoking weed and it smelled of it. I had my grandchildren with me so I was disappointed by that. I was told that there was nothing could be done because no smoking was inside and they were out side. overall it was ok. the hot tub was dirty and can use a drain out and fresh water otherwise it was a good quiet stay

I love/enjoyed everything about spring hill suites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well kept even the room. Breakfast was delicious....and yes there was a power outage but it didn't stop me from enjoying my stay.

Well equipped, large room, for a good value. The rooms feel new.

Breakfast is fairly basic. The bed is uncomfortable. Definitely need a car to get around anywhere.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Late check out was a nice perk to have an stress-free departure after a late night event. Breakfast was outstanding and a very pleasant surprise!

Housekeeping needs to come daily or at least every other day also parking was not sufficient need to add space

A little too far away from where we needed to be which was downtown and the airport.

Breakfast ended too early 9:30 on a Sunday. I’m sure I was told the time, but went down a 10 it was all cleaned up. No fault to the staff.
