Everything!! I stayed in my room most of the time. That wasn't my original plan but I just felt so comfortable and relaxed that it came easily. The bed was comfortable and the welcome message on the TV screen was a nice touch. The hotel has everything...bar, restaurants, breakfast available daily, shopping within walking distance, and restaurants within walking distance. The beautiful boardwalk area with the paddle boats is the icing on the cake. I also appreciate the added security of only being able to use the elevator to go upstairs with a room key. It was a little inconvenient when I had to go down to get my food delivery and meet my friend who came to visit, but I appreciate it. This was my first stay at this Hilton but it won't be my last.

I liked everything. I extended my visit for an additional day, and would've stayed longer if my schedule allowed.

Breakfast was great! But I paid for 4 guest to eat breakfast but only 3 of us ate breakfast. Will I be refunded for that one guest?

Loved the location and ability to walk around the lake. Good food options.

The staff was great! The buffet breakfast was very good. Waitress was amazing. Good location for what we needed. Boardwalk in the back was really nice

Housekeeping made up room 1 day out of 4. Garbage pails in room very small. Desk in room very small. The carpet was not clean. We had dirt on our pants .No clock in room, which is unusual. Pillows were very uncomfortable. No blanket, only a sheet on bed. This is November, it was 26 outside. I feel with a little work the hotel can be better. Again, the staff was awesome

When I first got there while talking amongst themselves, and I am waiting for them to check in, the staff had no stop to see what I wanted or needed. So I called my husband to see if we wanted to stay here by th, and n thawasts the attention of the staff after I asked wh s the iss was e upocheck-inin. They apologizeandnd checked us , n but it gave you that Karen moment vibe

Breakfast buffet is good. The omlet bar is much better than the scrambled eggs in the buffet. Scrambled eggs are not supposed to be watery. Fruit selection was very good. Pastries were also decent. Staff in the breakfast area were very good. Coffee could be better for upscale hotel but still was acceptable. Fitness room was Very good!. decent selection of equipment. Very clean. All the machines were in good working condition. Fitness room was not very big so got crowded quickly on a weekday morning.

Below the 11th Floor is less than expected. Last 2 weekends we had rooms on the 11th and 12th floors and were very pleased with the accomodations. This weekend our room was on the 10th floor and there was a noticeable difference and the price per night was not that much different. The bathroom was very difficult to get in and out of because the door was extra wide to accomodate wheelchairs which i know is necessary but it made for an akward sidestep dance around the toilet in order to enter the bathroom and then get the door closed behind you. The mattress is way overdue to be replaced. the foot of the mattress was slightly highter than the head of the mattress and it was sunken in, in the very middle. All this made for an awkward sleeping experience.

The view. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice shower. Plenty of parking. Nice lil cuisinart coffee maker.

Crack under door too much light coming in and noisy in hallways. Housekeeping banging on my door yelling housekeeping while I’m sleep at 1030 and 1130! Room too small for $200 plus a night. Creamer was old and outdated curled up in my coffee. Had a late checkout 12. No do not disturb sign. One washcloth! Shower gel empty. Front desk staff nonchalant not the Most welcoming.

The shower had very hot water and a great shower head, giving just the right amount of water pressure. The room was extra quiet, and comfortable. It was a pleasurable experience.

Property looked a little rundown, here & there. Missing paint on doors, presumably from carts scraping against them. A handrail in one of the stairwells was lying on the ground near an exit. The hotel is probably 35-40 years old, so expected issues. Still a nice place to stay.
