The cleaning staff (one lady - so at least I saw) was very kind to my family and myself. Our rooms were left neat every day, and I rented out 3 rooms. The lobby staff were also kind. It was a smooth check-in and they were helpful when I made a small quick question call at 2AM, they answered quickly. Breakfast from 6-9 was also great, good options and have a small cool seating area. The location of this stay was excellent, not far from Walmart, gas station across the street and the highway as well was right near my stay (no i didn't have an issue with noise)

I would say my room AC wasn't working as great as the other 2 rooms. Maybe it's a filter thing, unsure but it wasn't getting as cold like theirs were. As for the laundry area, although I did not use it, but I went there for the ice machine, I think that room could use a little cleaning (dust/spiderwebs). But these are small things, I did enjoy my stay anyway.

The Concord Inn was a very pleasant place to spend the night. It was quiet and clean with very friendly hosts. It wasn't an upscale motel, but it met all of the requirements for a nice night's sleep while traveling through the area. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave, as well as good Internet. The room rate was excellent, making our stay even better. If you need a place to stay in the area, then the Concord Inn would be a great choice.

This facility is undergoing renovation and expected construction items were in use but not obstructive. The owners have a plan and are meeting their goals according to the plan.

As far as I seen there was no breakfast offered. They were undergoing a renovation, so maybe something coming in the future. Needed a place to stary for work and it definitely fit the bill.

For me it was perfect for my needs. The room and clean and comfortable and met my needs for my stay. They were undergoing renovations on the time that I stayed there.

The young lady that checked me in was very friendly. She greeted me with a warm smile, felt very warming. She even made a last minute change to ensure that we were comfortable. The clerk that weekend was warming as we, he even offered to take our coffee back to our room and held a pleasant conversation as we walked. The main issue I did not like was the housekeeper beating on our bedroom door like she was the police. It was after 10 am, I guess we should have been up and moving. We were resting so good, we didn't even realize it was almost 11 am. Great staff, quiet area and very comfortable sleep and rest during our stay!!!

I didn't like the steep hill I had to walk up to the office nor walking down returning to my room.

I did not get to eat breakfast, however, the hotel room was very nice and clean and I appreciated the kindness of the front desk, she answered all of my questions.

The staff was very nice, helpful,and accommodating. The price was good too and the owner was very friendly.

Location was great, Only 5 miles from where I was going.

The staff explained that breakfast was new feature, so we weren't disappointed. The coffee was good. There were only a few edible options. Maybe adding some fruit would be an easy addition. We had a great conversation time with the clerk while we enjoyed our coffee and bagels.

There were folks out by the parking lot that chose to gather, drink beer and play music. Since it was a Saturday it wasn't too unexpected. Once we got into our room though, we couldn't really hear them and no one bothered us during the night with loud noises or raucous behavior, so we slept well. Since showering and sleeping off a long day were our main objectives, we were still happy. If there was an elevator, that would have been nice to use.
