I love the location, it was close to stores, restaurants, highway. The check in and check out process was easy and fast. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was very clean, breakfast was good.(nice simple variety of food), because it was Thanksgiving, so the staff was off.The room was clean and bathroom was nice. I like the Dove products dispenser. I love the walk in shower. Beds were comfortable. Good heating system. Good hot water. Hallways were clean. Parking area was good.

I wish it was more elevators. I had to wait for about 10-15 minutes to get on the elevator when it was time to check out

I enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was of great quality, and the hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was wonderful, with easy access to the highways and had many restaurants and stores nearby.

The business center did not have a functioning printer and the staff refused to print out a copy of my receipt for my expense report. I expected better amenities and customer service for traveler's who are on business.

I found a bug In my room the next morning but they moved me to another room and the door didn’t lock on my other room we didn’t notice it until the next day so when we left out room the first night the room was left open all someone had to do was push the door open and walk in they also gave us another room With no problem the staff was really nice

The hotel was in a great location surrounded by multiple restaurants and other establishments The hotels breakfast was a great plus with multiple options to choose from

Well there was a patios area that looked like it was still up under renovations And every time I tried to log into the WiFi, it kept telling me that the spelling of my last name wasn’t correct

I thought everabout this hotel was great from checking in to checking out! Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean, air conditioning worked perfectly, bathrooms had plenty of towels and bath essentials! It was a very pleasant experience!

Room was spacious. Everything worked as it should. It was so CLEAN. loved that the room was equipped with Keurig coffee maker.

Just that the room above mine had either a small child or large dog that ran across the floor until after 11 pm

Breakfast, bed, how nice the bathroom and soaps were, the staff where really kind, and it made a wonderful experience for me and my partner.

The rooms were clean and roomy big bed great

No signs to help you get to the hotel. You go in the area and it's in the back of the thing and you have to hunt it which is difficult if you're meeting somebody

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and updated. Brand named (dove) shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion provided for your stay. Friendly staff. Good location to food and stores, we were able to walk to stores and to dinner.

Honestly I didn't find anything wrong. Our stay was great. We had a nice getaway.
