Room was nice and clean. Liked the option to cook food there, full fridge with ice maker so you don't have to get ice from the machine. Separate living area is good. Front desk called to make sure I was happy with the room, which no one has EVER done anywhere I've stayed before. Nice outdoor space, didn't try the Bistro because I was at the convention center next door most of the time. Laundry service, fitness center, snacks and drinks available 24/7.

Reserved a King bed but ended up with two Queens! That was disappointing. TVs were small, remote was duct taped together (just get a $10 universal remote at Walmart and replace it), some fingerprints/ dusty things in the room let me know those items hadn't been cleaned, but overall it was good. Breakfast was ok but people on top of each other when trying to get their food. The waffle maker was right next to toaster so that clogs that area up when someone is waiting for both things. Then juice was at the end, where there was a lot of free space and not that many people getting juice. 3 bins for cereal and 2 had the same kind. No Coke products for sale in the 24/7 store, only Pepsi.

i like where it’s located and the nice views you can get from the rooms. The Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly.

I don’t have many complaints about the property besides the maintenance issues they had. Although breakfast was delicious each morning I just wish there were more options to choose from each day.

Plenty of parking. Free breakfast was adequate with good selection. Liked the room overall. Suit was fully equipped with all kitchen appliances like a regular apartment.

We were given a handicapped accessible room which we didn’t need. Generally that didn’t make much difference, but the bed was very low for handicap use which make it somewhat inconvenient.

As soon as you walk into the hotel there was a strong ofor and because our room was near the exit, the smell was close to our roo.

The property was in excellent shape. No trash, grounds kept up. Inside was the same.

Nothing. You could see signs that the building was a little old (ceilings need repair), but it was obvious it was upgraded and remodeled, and it was an excellent job. My wife is a property manager of apartment buildings, and she gave the building a 👍thumbs up.

When I called the front desk because we were not going to be able to check in until late, he was super nice and helpful. Our first time staying here and walking in, everything was so open and nice. Our room was nice and the bed super comfortable. The staff at breakfast were friendly and had everything we needed. I was impressed with our stay.

I scheduled to have the room refreshed on the sexond day I asked that additional towels be left with the room refresh. We did get the normal amount of towls but not the ones we requested at the front desk. So I am assuming house keeping. Did not pay attention to the request that the person at the front desk put into the system for me

I'm pretty sure they upgraded my room without telling me and it was a great surprise when I walked in! The front desk was helpful as well when they gave me the list of restaurants that were near on doordash since I didn't have my own personal car.
