The location is in a very quiet area and has a great location for shopping and eating. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent and had enough options to choose from. Nice lobby for meeting .

Noises came from air conditioning in the room, and it sounds like a crush ice machine all night long. Which was next to the room. Also, the toilet needs repairs, slow flushing and constantly running. The toilet was clean and it looked nice. However, the inside of the back tank looked like the inside of a rusty bucket where the water refilled. It would be what I would expect to see in an abandoned building toilet gross. Fortunately, it just looked that way inside the tank, and I would've looked at if the toilet was not constantly running.

Firstly, I really appreciate Michael's hospitality. He helped me sign up for Marriott Bonvoy of which I was unaware of. Love the perks. Michael was very nice. The beds are very soft. We slept good! The room was clean and cozy. The location is excellent so many places to dine as well as shop.

They offered a breakfast which wasn't great. The coffee wasn't good. Poured it out after the first sip. There are plenty of places to eat in the area so this alone wouldn't keep us from coming back.

Great stay. Very comfortable bed; great sized room; nice, HOT water for the shower with a nice heavy water stream. The breakfast was great. My only (very minor) comment is that breakfast is 7 to 10 am, but we didn’t know that during the week it was only til 9. After loading our car to leave, we went inside for a nice breakfast at 930 only to find everything cleaned out. The staff was so nice, though, and quickly made a fresh pot of coffee for us! All in all it was a wonderful stay.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable & cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids favorite part I’m sure was the pool.

I thought that the suites would have 2 tvs in the rooms, but there was only one in between the bedroom & living area.

We loved the trundle bed couch for our toddler who rolls non-stop. It worked really well for her! We also loved the heated pool (worked great to get toddler energy out when it was chilly outside). Location was great, central to shopping/entertainment/food. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast wasn’t anything special, my husband actually ended up picking something up after we left that morning.

The property was clean and smelled good. The front desk staff was very nice and helped me with everything I needed.

The only issue was our tv was broken. The desk did offer to switch us rooms so can’t really complain.

Spring Hill suites is my normal travel brand, this one is not as updated as others. No phone charging plugs in one side of the bed. Tv small and outdated. There were cup stains on the night stand from previous guest. Room was not wiped down.

We stayed here for the purpose of going to a concert at PNC Music Pavilion. It was super convenient to the venue. We also liked that it is close to Concord Mills, UNC Charlotte and an easy drive to uptown Charlotte. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

This did not bother me, but I could see some folks having difficulty sleeping with the very near traffic noise. The hotel is very close to the highway. The elevators seem a little sketchy.

We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the king suite was. And the sleep sofa was very comfortable for my Mom.

The staff was awesome. Loved the heated pool. The location was really good, right next ro the mall. I loved that it was non smoking, but had the benches outside for smokers. I could enjoy the morning breeze with a cup of coffee & vape or smoke..& did not have to smell it in the room or hotel.

I didnt like that the waffle iron only came out on the weekends (sat/sun) and I had a room with a king bed but it seemed a tad bit crowded. Also didnt like the entryway just before the bathroom where the sink was didnt have a door. The sink was separate from the bathroom/shower.
