Everything was Awesome 👌🏾 But Me and my fiance and I went to the pool. And it needed to be cleaned up it had bugs in the water and dirt in it bird feathers. I'm pretty sure with a little TLC that they can get that pool perfect. Awesome and incredible staff, everyone was So,So, very helpful, I will definitely tell more folks about it's definitely highly recommended.

The pool needed service to be cleaned, and breakfast in the morning need a option to have turkey or beef sausages as well as pork. Far is that I give Wingate by Wyndham establishment 96% needed more options for diabetics as well. All of the juices were watered down. Everything else was on point. Not. disappointed at all. Keep up the good work.

The staff were great! The front desk clerks at night were so nice and inviting, after we drove over 12 hours, they helped my sister and i immensely. And when we dressed up for an event the next night the staff were like our personal hype squad. Loved it! Thank you all for making this girls trip such a blast for my sister and I.

Just wish the drink station, where you could purchase drinks and snacks, had a little wider selection.

Great location to Concord Mills, Charlotte Motor Speedway, & various restaurants. Pretty good complementary breakfast.

I believe I stayed in the same room 5 years ago & it’s showing signs of wear. Bathroom has several issues needing fixing (see pictures). While the breakfast was good, fresh fruit like bananas & apples would be better than a prepackaged fruit cup.

The location was what we liked most. The mini suite was perfect for our family, as well.

We did not see a point in having the do not disturb signs for the door when room cleaning is a request. We were not informed of this initially and were surprised when we came back to our room with the same dirty sheets and had to go down and grab new ones after a long day with a sick baby.

Loved the location. Staff was excellent. Quick to respond to any issues or questions. Workout room was sufficient for a short stay. Suite was a good size. Loved the location. Several restaurants were within walking distance.

Small pillows for a king size bed was frustrating. Pillows were feather pillows and flat. Air conditioner had to run at 60 to keep the room cool. Even then. It struggled.

I liked the complimentary breakfast. The bed was comfortable. I liked how convenient it was to take my dog outside to walk him and do his business. We were both able to get good rest both nights we were there.

I don't have any complaints. Honestly, other than to sleep and shower, I did not spend too much time at the hotel as I was in town to visit with family. It seemed like there were dome sketchy people in the parking lot late at night but that's not the hotel's fault.

I love the location, 2 to 3 minutes from the dirt track, zmax drag strip and charlotte motor speedway, and their customer service is outstanding. I always stay here for the world finals every year and you will never meet a nicer guy then Perry at the front desk who will go out of his way to help you in any way he can, he is outstanding in every way. I woould highly reccomend this hotel to any one going to the the races or anything else in this area.

I dont like the fact that they charge double the price for rooms or more during the week of the world finals, what a rip off! If you go to the following monday after the week or week end of a event the price is half or more than half of what they charge for that week. same hotel, same room, really? I know this is a popular thing for hotels to do, all I am saying is it is pure b.s and should be illegal.

The breakfast was great. I enjoyed the fact that there was coffee available at all times of the day if I wanted it.

That it ended at ten, could have used another hour. But staff in the dining area was courteous, and prompt with answers. The bathroom in the room could have been provided With a little more soap ,conditioner and shampoo.

Post 2020 I learned to enjoy hard floors in hotel rooms. The carpet just carries that moist scent of many years of wear and tear when the AC has been off while the room is empty. The biggest complaint was the use of bleach to clean the bathrooms. It was an overpowering smell the second we stepped into the room. Yes, it kills germs it also bleaches natural fiber clothing when you brush against it. So be careful you don't brush the countertop while washing your hands. The leggings were not expensive but I did like them and now they're trashed.

Very comfortable bed, clean rooms and helpful staff. Matt at the front desk was very accommodating and helped me check in early when I had to have a work meeting. Though I am not happy with the policy of having to pay the full total AGAIN as a deposit, I wish that was told me to before they charged me $50 upfront plus the total cost of my stay ad its been 4 days and I have not seen it back on my card. Nonetheless, the area was right near all the food places, the mall and the concord regional airport where we flew in. The wifi was just ok as I was here for family and for work and went in and out, the breakfast has limited options but it was free so I can not complaint. I would stay here again if it was cheaper. The price of $340 was not the best for only staying 2 nights.
