The staff was very friendly and polite at check-in. When we thought our AC was not working, maintenance came up to check it within minutes of us calling the front desk. Turns out, we were trying to use the thermostat on the wall instead of the control directly on the AC unit, so we did not need maintenance after all! Housekeeping staff was very efficient as well. Nice, clean, safe facility that is close to a lot of attractions in Concord. A contemporary seating area for people to sit & hang out just past the lobby was helpful for us and family that we were meeting there. Would definitely stay here again.

Space and comfort of the room was great! Cleanliness of room and facility caught my attention. The nighttime and daytime staff were Amazing!!! They took care of a billing issue without difficulty...before even knowing I was a Marriott Bonvoy rewards member. I definitely appreciated the staff here! Location of hotel is perfect as it's near Concord Mills shopping and restaurants everywhere. Plenty of lighting in room too.

Little trash cans in the room and not a lot of space to set our bags down instead of putting them on the floor. The outlets over the nightstand in middle of beds did not hold charger base when time to charge my phone. Was an inconvenience to charge my phone across the room or close to the window. Also, the remote didn't work and we had to get up each time to press the button on side of TV to change the channel (had to agree on one channel for everyone) or turn it off..

Staff is great, we have stayed here several times for dance competitions and the staff is consistently very friendly. Rooms are comfortable

We have had our keys shut off well before check out time at every stay. Makes it hard to get luggage and things to the car when you can't access your room/doors.

Very quiet, next to everything you can imagine. We had a wonderful time. Will definitely be back. The staff is A1. Very polite, helpful, and down to earth.

We HATED the pillows. Too soft that you can't even sit up on the bed comfortably and watch TV.

I liked the set up of the rooms and the lobby. It was decorated very nice and felt very inviting. It’s also in a wonderful location your able to get to concord mills mall pretty fast and the hotel wasn’t located around a bunch of traffic or noise.

The only dislike was the pool was closed down most of our stay. But I understand things happen so it’s not a huge issue.

The hotel was very clean. You could smell the bleach throughout the hotel. The check in/out process was quick and everything is close to the hotel. The blackout curtains were the best!

I wish the window had been cleaned from the outside, to make the view better.

There's No discounts after staying a 3 or more days....

My room wasn't set up like the traditional hotel room. I loved how I was able to sit up and look straight out the window. My room was excellent.

The bistro in the lobby was excellent with excellent staff. Super friendly and the food was prepared quickly and was really good

Overall the accommodations were great. If I had to point to one thing the mattress seemed a bit cheap and soft.

The check in was perfect. We had to reserve last minute. We made 1 phone call and the front desk attendant told us the had availability. It was like 9am. She checked us in quickly and explained everything.

The room didn't have a microwave or a refrigerator with a freezer. Other than that it was cool. They shouldn't include breakfast. And the pool is small.
