Great place to stay. We will stay there again when we go to concord.

Everything was good

Central location for what we did, clean, comfortable, staff was really nice and it looked like a fabulous breakfast set-up although we missed it because we slept late but they do have a nice coffee machine that makes various styles of coffee drinks

Bring ear plugs. Sounds like you’re on a highway which makes sense as one is nearby. Also I think everywhere just needs to have a smart TV hub. Wanted to chill after a long day and watch a movie with my son but it’s basic cable and a channel guide. Thought we could sign in to our accounts and watch something together

Very fancy, nice upgraded room. Staff was friendly and Mike’s (cook) breakfast was amazing. Mike was super upbeat and very nice. We loved the morning staff that was very attentive and chatted with us at breakfast.

In between the 2 beds was about 5-10 pieces of glass (all different sizes) and a plastic bottle cap. The big pieces were shoved under the bed and table but there were a lot of smaller pieces that we did not see and I cut my foot. It was a miner cut and the front desk guy brought up a bandaid and ointment and vacuumed the floor for us.

I loved the staff they were accommodating and attentive. the jetted tub was marvelous and the water was very hot and relaxing. It was closer to all of the main attractions. I would definitely give it a ten out of ten.

Our room was mixed up and although the guy was at the register was very business like and helpful he was the only one there. He managed to fix it in a timely manner but it took time away from the other guests if I had advice It would be to have a second person to check in guests

location was good. black out curtains allowed good rest. enjoyed the fire outside.

my room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. I found a pill on the floor. there was also a really strong scent of something and we couldn’t figure out what it was. it was a cheap perfume smell. not horrible but very strong.

We were very pleased with our stay at this motel. We slept well and the room was quiet and spacious.

Like most hotels, the lighting needs to be replaced with LED.

The back of the toilet was a little dirty upon arrival - not a huge deal but this made me question how clean other stuff was. The air also was hit or miss with working. The front desk didn’t really seem to care much since we were only there one night. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Why isn’t it free as most offered by most hotels? The buffet was ok but not great. The person in charge seemed to be either defensive or in a bad mood. The coffee was not hot enough.

See above. Also, our bathroom, which looked clean, nonetheless had an odor that smelled like sewer odors. While not overpowering. It was rather unpleasant.we kept the bathroom door closed all night..

Not sure if it was the property or booking.com, but I thought free breakfast was shown when booking the hotel. When we went to eat we found it there was a charge for breakfast. That was a little disappointing since it was one of the filters we used when searching.

The staff was great! Chicora, David, and Cara were all a pleasure to work with. David saved the night with the a/c remedy! It finally started getting cold and I slept great!

The room temp was almost 80 the whole stay. I was told initially it was because I was on the top floor. I was on floor 6. I’ve stayed much higher in hotels and never had the issue. Thank God David worked the night shift because he really took charge and saved the night. He gave us complimentary breakfast. They were sold out of rooms. The jacuzzi is gone. The room wasn’t as clean as it was my prior stay.
