I like that it’s a decent hotel to stay at when we have an event at pnc music pavillion it’s a great place to go to and enjoy time there as far as the location, food areas, shopping, and entertainment it’s a great place. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great especially considering it’s part of the stay. I don’t have hardly anything bad to say about the 2 times we have booked with this hotel, excellent for the price as well.

Our air conditioner was having some trouble but, we told the front and they said they would look at the issue when we left.

The front desk staff were wonderful! There were some technical issues during check-in so it took a little while but it's not a big deal and it's not their fault! Lori (or Lora?) was very sweet. The room was nice and it was conveniently located to the convention center and several places to eat.

The breakfast options were lacking. We got there an hour before breakfast ended and they were already putting stuff away. No fruit, no yogurt, no bagels

I Loved how my shower was ready for me it was really clean . I do suggest that not only clean the shower but the handle rail in the shower had where it is attached to the shower had gunk on it , just they way you would have that at home but please take the time to clean that bc as I took a wonderful shower I couldn’t stop looking at it . Other than that everything was wonderful and I had a late check out bc I was literally glued to their comfortable beds . This hotel is definitely on one of my I feel comfortable visiting the city using this hotel list . Staff was awesome from check in- to check out , just very pleasant till the point I wrote a review and this is my first review ever. It was the ppl that sold it for me . My room wasn’t quite ready when I arrived at 3:43 however the way the team hustled and stayed calm and collected was awesome, and it was perfectly clean when I got inside .

The shower had gunk on the railing.

Super clean. Smelled good. Updated and modernized in the rooms and even had black out curtains. Helpful and friendly staff. Good hot breakfast in the am. Love how close it is to everything!

The only real complaint I have about the property is the fact that out of four levels two ice machines were either gone or missing. We were only there one night so it wasn’t TOO annoying but any longer it would have been.

Hotel was updated. Rooms were spotless and every employee we met from the front desk to the lady helping with breakfast was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fast and sufficient. Tony, the manager, made us feel welcome. Rooms had a grab bar in the shower and high toilets which are a bonus for we older folks.

Finally breakfast that has bacon instead of sausage. Hate sausage. This is a big deal to me so Thank You for having bacon for breakfast. Also my shower had the best water pressure ever - was nice and hot too if you want it hot.

Smaller bed pillows. All hotels have giant pillows. Should be an option for pillows not so thick

This was the second time I stayed at this location. I came for spring break two weeks ago to go to great Wolf Lodge across the street from you. During that stay I booked another room bc I knew it was nice and a decent location. This time I went to the Kendrick Lamar concert and it was a nice distance from the stadium.

Everything was very clean and well kept. Staff always greeted— good evening, good morning, etc. Breakfast was very good! We were expecting just muffins or cereal, but they had a complete breakfast offering pancakes, omelettes, biscuits and gravy, bacon, etc! Plus, it was delicious!

Everything was exceptional and The same wonderful sweet soul, who checked us in, was also there when we were having breakfast and also checking out. She was very, very hospitable, very courteous, and she knew her stuff. If you ever go I hope you get to encounter miss Shae 😊

Absolutely loved the shower. It's one of the first things I rate on. Great water pressure. Shower gets and A+. Towels only a B+, but still better than average. And the breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. Hot and plentiful.

Thicker towels. The beds are too high to comfortably climb into, at least for older folks. But it was very comfy. I would have liked small bottles of water for breakfast rather than water from the juice dispenser.
