I Loved how my shower was ready for me it was really clean . I do suggest that not only clean the shower but the handle rail in the shower had where it is attached to the shower had gunk on it , just they way you would have that at home but please take the time to clean that bc as I took a wonderful shower I couldn’t stop looking at it . Other than that everything was wonderful and I had a late check out bc I was literally glued to their comfortable beds . This hotel is definitely on one of my I feel comfortable visiting the city using this hotel list . Staff was awesome from check in- to check out , just very pleasant till the point I wrote a review and this is my first review ever. It was the ppl that sold it for me . My room wasn’t quite ready when I arrived at 3:43 however the way the team hustled and stayed calm and collected was awesome, and it was perfectly clean when I got inside .

The shower had gunk on the railing.

This was the second time I stayed at this location. I came for spring break two weeks ago to go to great Wolf Lodge across the street from you. During that stay I booked another room bc I knew it was nice and a decent location. This time I went to the Kendrick Lamar concert and it was a nice distance from the stadium.

The location was excellent! The hotel is just off of Interstate 85 and directly across the bridge from Concord Mills and a variety of restaurants and other shopping options! Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The beds were some of the best I have every slept on while traveling! We also loved the high water pressure in the shower and the complimentary Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as Dove body soap! Breakfast was delicious and well-stocked with hot and cold items. Overall a great experience.

Some of the front desk staff seemed a bit unfriendly at times, but others were great.

Absolutely loved the shower. It's one of the first things I rate on. Great water pressure. Shower gets and A+. Towels only a B+, but still better than average. And the breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. Hot and plentiful.

Thicker towels. The beds are too high to comfortably climb into, at least for older folks. But it was very comfy. I would have liked small bottles of water for breakfast rather than water from the juice dispenser.

We really liked the location,which was easy to get to and there were a variety of restaurants nearby.

There's a bush in front of the building which makes it a little hard to see oncoming traffic.

Breakfast was not up to expectations. Faucet in bathroom was loose and the shower had a bad connection because it sprayed water all over the door and floor. I reported the issues to the front desk.

Convenient to food and entertainment also the breakfast had lots of choices.

The room seemed to get warmer overnight even after turning the temperature down.

clean and well maintained; staff answered questions that I had and we arrived later so having a staff member there to greet us was very nice.

There were teens in the parking lot with cops around 1ish in the morning. We have a nice car that we worried about being broken into or vandalized, but thankfully it wasn’t. This is nothing against the hotel, just the city area that we were in. We did feel safe inside the hotel.

Comfortable beds, pleasant staff, I particularly liked the blinds that completely shut out the outside light!

AC machine was rather noisy and probably needs upgrading. Breakfast while fine was also limited. Swimming pool was closed for a reason I don’t know.

Cleanliness, professional staff, staff helpful

Cleaning lady knocked on my door at 9am and said checkout was at 9:00, 10:00, 11:00which I thought was odd that there would be 3 different checkout times. I recall at checkin I was told that checkout was at 11. After speaking to cleaning lady about checkout time I called the front desk and they confirmed that checkout was at 11:00am. I only had 1 wash cloth in my room. I asked the cleaning lady for another one and she told me she only had towels no wash clothes.
