Great location, safe wasn’t sketchy at all. Very clean, breakfast was also good.

When checking in was charged $25 thought it was a deposit. When I got my reciept it said early check in. If the front desk would have said we were going to be charged for early check in we would have ran our errands before checking in. Wasn’t informed.

Very pleasant experience with the front desk representative. She efficiently checked us in while informing us of the hotel pet policy. The hotel was immaculant. The breakfast was delightfully delicious. Having hot chocolate, tea, etc. available in the lobby upon returning to the hotel made for a cozy welcoming feel.

The heating unit in our room (220) was blowing considerable cold air even though the thermostat was set above 72. And the refrigerator was not cold even though we set the dial on the highest setting. We didn't report those things while there because they didn't diminish our visit. There was adequate bedding to keep warm and we got ice from the 1st floor to drink our favorite brands of tea and apple juice.

At check in I was told my credit card would be charged $25.00 for any purchases that I might make. If not used it would be refunded. This was not disclosed when I made my booking. I do not agree to being charged in advance for products or services I don't purchase. Had I known I wouldn't have chosen this hotel.

The whole stay was fantastic. The staff were great, the breakfast was top notch and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is very quiet and in a great area with stores and restaurants nearby. The front door requires a key card swipe to get in during certain hours which made us feel very safe. Absolutely great 10/10!

The toilet was a little wobbly, but nothing too concerning.

We did not eat breakfast, but enjoyed a cup of coffee. I loved the hot chocolate bar, even though I did not have any. The room was not only very clean, but extremely quiet as well. Between the quiet and the comfortable bedding, we had a great night's sleep.

Breakfast wasnt great, it was ok. Food could have been better. Not a coffee drinker, but I do like Tea. Wouldve been nice if Tea bags were in the rooms with the coffee pouches. Otherwise no complaints. Rooms were nice, everything was clean including the halls.

As stated above, the food could be better. Thats all I can complain about.

best hotel I have been to in a while. pool was amazing, location was everything, exceptionally clean, staff were amazing! I live in Charlotte but I’m between selling and buying new home I had a gap of few days. wanted to stay close to the area I live in yet close to everything as well. This was the best home away from home and the pool was relaxing during the hot summer days that I was there. pet friendly and staff were very professional and friendly with myself and kind to my dogs.

The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices for all dietary needs. The staff was very friendly even ones that were leaving to go home and "off the clock" still spoke and wished us well. Very clean!

We reserved the room under one persons credit card and then wanted to pay with a different persons card. They ran the card but it still charged the one we reserved it under. So maybe making sure which card would be charged.

The hotel and grounds were very clean and well kept. Service was great. Our room was perfect for an overnight. I especially liked the walk in shower, and appreciated having a microwave for leftovers. The location was perfect for our needs.

I just stayed one night and was only there to sleep. I picked this hotel because there were a lot of reviews saying it was quiet there. It was indeed quiet, and clean, and pretty comfortable. I often have trouble sleeping in hotels, but I was able to sleep pretty good there and it was super quiet the whole time. If you're looking for a clean and quiet hotel, this is the right one.
