Came for our granddaughter's birthday party. She was taken care of so well. Our front desk agent was excellent at checkin, and in general your entire staff were outstanding.

Bed too soft for my taste.

This facility is the perfect place for families with children who have special needs that need to take breaks once in awhile between fun times and provide great things to do with just a short walk back to the rooms with cozy dark corners and separate areas that make every family member enjoy every bit of the fun and relaxation that Great Wolf Lodge provides.

The only thing I can think of that wasn't 100% was the cost and limited variety of gift shop items.... But even that wasn't a problem because they offer fabulous specials for every child.

Everything the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely will visit again

It is a great place to be travelling with kids. The little kids were entertained and when ever you were outside the room - the giggles were everywhere as kids were going on their treasure hunts. Really fun place for kids.

There is nothing I didn't like. It was pretty much exactly as advertised. Staff was great.

Staff was the best. Pillows were rough. Food was good. Best indoor water park for size and scale. For the price the stay wasn’t what we would have hoped. Arcade overpriced, all the additional “adventure” items were lacking. Food and staff were probably the best for us

Everything was beautiful I have no complaints and would take my family back there again the service the friendliness clean this was great

Just want to check out housekeeping was standing by the door before check out time which was 11 and she was there at 10:00 and would not leave

My children loved the Waterpark and all the amenities. The price for a standard room was quite pricy for what it provides. While standing in line for check in I was a little shocked to overhear a conversation regarding price someone else payed for their stay. It was tremendous lower then what I payed. When I explored the main website for the hotel, no rooms were apparently available but the price was still comparable to bookings price.

The cost and the food could have been way better for the cost.

Location of room was a long walk for my parents. Wheelchair should be a option
