Location was perfect for us. Was quiet and not loud at all. We were on the forth floor so we didn't have no one above us. Most of the staff were very friendly. The lobby area was always clean and smelled cleaned.

The fact they didn't clean rooms. You had to clean your own room. Plus I returned my shower floor matt and towels for fresh ones and got scolded for the floor matt being dirty. As I was told it was ""unacceptable""! We were booked at the hotel for two weeks for the dirt track races. Kinda hard not to make it dirty especially when they don't mop the floors for you. After 9pm till 9am there is no one at the front desk to help you. So if you check out early there is no one there or a place to put your door keys. I had to rely on the cleaning guy to hopefully give the front desk person my key card.

I loved everything about it! Way better than a regular hotel if you’re staying longer than a couple days! The staff was great! And room was new and clean! They provide fresh towels everyday and toilet paper. It is a self serve hotel so no breakfast but you have a kitchenette to cook and sink as well! You do have to clean up after yourself which isn’t bad if your there a while

I liked everything about it! It could use a deep cleaning! Has dust but overall very clean

Front desk was always helpful and friendly. Not only did he take time to let me look at the room before I checked in, they quickly took acre of a problem we were having with the tv. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Ran down to Dollar Tree and bought supplies for kitchen- there is stove, fridge, micro so I needed cups, silverware, coffee pot, ect

The property was nice, the room was also very nice and clean. The cooktop stove was great to use, the bathtub was also nice and big. The bed was comfortable as well.

Small nitpicks, the water took a while to get hot and the pillows were very thin, and thin walls.

Since I’ve been here as a guest, the employees are very professional but yet they make u feel comfortable. Every time I turn around their employees are cleaning, wiping down. The facility stays clean and always smell good.

There’s nothing bad to say

Great location to Concord Mills, Charlotte Motor Speedway, & several restaurants. Good rate for 8 nights of race week. TV in my 1st room didn’t work when I checked in. After 2 hours, the front desk was able to move to me to a different room. Pretty clean for the 1st month of it being opened.

Extra fees for clean towels, housekeeping, & a coffee maker in your room. Also, no sprinklers in my room. Holes were cut & signs placed not to hang anything on them, but the holes were capped. Front desk not available 24 hours.

It was clean throughout and close near all types of restaurants, Malls it was great to find anything not far from the property

What I love the most is that the hotel Itself is still new. The rooms are new, fresh, a decent size and very spacious.

The price of the room. Too pricey

I seen so many bad reviews but I loved my stay glad I went with my own feeling and booked it was a completely chill stay

Vending machines took money twice
