Everything was great from check-in to check out and in between. All the staff were helpful. The concierge went above and beyond. I needed a charger for my phone and she was able to get me one. The breakfast was top-notch with variety 😋. The pool was clean 👌 the rooms were very clean and the 🛌 beds were comfortable

The only bothersome thing was that the room key card kept getting deactivated. You must not touch your phone or key fob against the room card or it will deactivate.

I was very surprised by this hotel. I usually have fairly low expectations for places directly off of the interstate, but this place was extremely clean, newly renovated, and had outstanding staff. Probably the best breakfast options I have seen in a hotel in this price range in a very, very long time.

It is sort of in a weird spot in the back of an old retail development. It isn't really a bad thing, it is just a little hard to find at night.

The convenience of the location, the ease of check in/out was all out standing.

The bed was a little hard but yet comfy, the first days breakfast we got there late and it wasn’t very good. The second day breakfast was very good as we got there early. The bathroom could use attention as there was paint peeling and some extra cleaning could be done around the tub

Was extremely pissed that I had to leave a $150. CASH deposit in addition to the room charge, they stated this was due to my being a local resident. I stayed there with my grandson due to tornado warnings in the area, I am a senior citizen WHAT TYPE OF DAMAGE DID THEY THINK I WAS GOING TO DO TO THE ROOM!!! It necessitated my having to use the ATM in the hotel and paying a fee to obtain this cash deposit.

I liked the convenience of the area. I was near restaurants and shopping. my family lives 10 minutes away. All staff that I encountered from the front desk clerks, breakfast staff and housekeeping were very courteous, friendly and helpful.

I was in room 318. the doorknob lock was not secure to the door frame, also the tub faucet was being held together with silicone putty, When, you attempted to pull lever for shower it was literally coming off the tub. other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

All the workers at the facility was very nice. Made you feel at home. I really appreciate how they make cookies everyday at 7:00 and I enjoyed it very much and I'm looking forward to coming back

Only thing I could say I didn't like y'all didn't have bacon. I think y'all should put bacon back on the menu for breakfast

Arrived 10:15p after driving through horrendous storm. Very thankful for quiet place to rest and refresh. Breakfast tasty and delicious. Front desk lady (maybe Amy) hands down a fabulous ambassador for your company. Saw her interacting with guests at b’fast she obviously knew, made ME feel like family!! That would have been about 7:40-8a.

The room had been remodeled at some point and was nicely done. Bathroom vanity and mirror were exceptional. Nice couch and chair in suite area. Bed was comfortable and rhe A/C worked perfectly and was quiet. The breakfast was very good, nice two person seating, open, great variety of breakfast foods, which were tasty. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone staying in this area.

Great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Affordable rate and clean rooms. The hotel was close to the Transportation Museum for the Polar Express train ride.

When we first walked into our room, it smelled like someone had passed gas or used the bathroom without spraying or using the bathroom vent. I sprayed some Lysol and it got better. I wanted to use the gym but it was closed. Breakfast bar needs to be labeled with the available items names (ex. Pork bacon, whole milk, 2%milk).

Definitely needs improvement there should always be a choice of meat everyone doesn't eat pork that was only a choice of pork sausage grits totally not cooked I think they pulled them in the pot and pour some hot water on them and that was it definitely not done
