I enjoyed the cleanliness the staff being right there at the check-in desk to greet you as you come in contact professionalism was phenomenal. To wake up and go to bed, looking at the one venue in Vineyard of all the grapes is very tranquil and relaxing and refreshing milk than what we see you in a regular day bases in Healthcare.

I liked the customer service!! When I checked in, the employee remembered me and when I checked out the next day, the morning employee remembered me. I stay here often for work. The place is always clean and staff are extra friendly!!!

The price is a little high. It is more that the Hampton Inn in Asheboro.

I usually stay at Hampton but there didn't have any rooms this past weekend. So I booked this hotel. At first, they couldn't find my name and told me that they were fully booked. That shocked me because Booking.com already charge my card. They were able to find my name at last. I went to my room and it surprised me. I didn't expect Holidays Inn's rooms was this nice and clean. I was really impressed that I didn't have any itching after slept overnight. I'm very sensitive and allergic to a lot things. The bed sheets were comfortable and no itchy feeling.

Woke up by other people going back to their rooms around 2:30am. I wish there is a water bottle refill machine. It sucks keep going back and forth to get water.

The hotel's lobby is modernly decorated. The room are very spacious and clean. The beds are so comfortable. The bathroom is a little dated with a bathtub, instead of walk-in shower but has floating sink area and large wall mirror. The TV has cable. There were plenty of clean towels, nice toiletries, refrigerator, and microwave. There was a sign in the bathroom that stated you could get extra soap and mouthwash, even a toothbrush. The complimentary breakfast was fair. I am picky about my eggs, so I opted for raisin brand cereal, sausage (pork and turkey selection),and a cinnamon roll. The pancake maker was out of order during my stay. A number of juice and milk (in the carton) options. I would definitely stay, again. There is a beautiful vineyard located behind the hotel. The area does have limited restaurant options (Godfathers, Mexican, Chinese, Bojangles, and Walmart neighborhood).

The restaurant selection was downer.

Location was perfect and it was a nice surprise to be right next door to a winery.

Pool was out of order, ice machine was out of order, pancake machine at breakfast was out of order. They didn’t have record of my trip already being paid for on Booking.com and tried to charge me again.

Amenities were nice and views were great!

Power went out during the stay and was unable to finish our movie or warm up our dinner because there was no electricity for a while. Ended up just leaving back out for dinner.

RAY was our girl while we were there! So friendly, polite, pleasant, accommodating! We loved it! Will be back- we travel here frequently and know now where to book! Had a blast & taken good care of! Everyone always greeted us with a kind word and a smile- we r from Kentucky! It was like home! Friendly atmosphere! Thank you! & thank you Ray for fresh coffee and smiles :)

The scenery and land round it, that it was family friendly.

The toilet would run longer than usual, but the staff was quick to address it.

quick, friendly service. clean common areas and outside. clean updated room. comfortable bed. plump pillows. cameras in the stairwell. walking distance to winery. great snack selection.

The professionalism and friendliness of the person at the desk when we arrived and our room’s cleanliness were tops!
