No breakfast offered but bed slept wonderful. As well as the cleanliness is very much a big plus. And wonderful customer skills I must add as well. As well as customer satisfaction was one of their main pluses for the simple reason customer was always right no matter what!?! Have a blessed day

Not hardly anything to add right here. They got done what they needed to get done. Meaning as they didn’t really have any flaws except door locking behind me and my bf and door locked us out. Very funny situation but 100% happened as well

The entire place was neater than I'd expected. The room is well-equipped, as far as furniture is concerned; functional, if not high quality. It is well-arranged and neat. A full-size refrigerator was unexpected. Parking was tight, but relatively close. We heard no real outside noise. Bedding was clean, as was the bathroom. For a one-night stay, the time we were there was definitely acceptable.

We found no tissues in the room. There was no coffee pot in the room, nor did I see evidence of coffee in the small office. No breakfast is offered, at all. With the kitchen-like space in the room, there were no utensils, nor was there a notice about how to obtain some. Like most motels, the floor appeared clean but left detectable dirt on white socks. The fire alarm which went off at 4:30 am was not pleasant, but at least we know it works. Staff informed us later that someone had tried to burn incense in their room. This despite a very clear warning at check-in about the smoke detectors and no-smoking policies, both in writing and verbally. We also heard water running faintly constantly, whether a leak in our room or elsewhere could not be determined.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. I loved having the little kitchen for cooking and the regular size fridge.

The parking, there isn't enough parking for the amount of rooms they have. The fire alarms go off in every room when someone is cooking, when you are working 13 hours night shift it's not fun being woke up and scared to death by a fire alarm. The alarms are way to sensitive and they have to wait on fire department to cut them off.

No breakfast, located near plenty of restaurants. Location also convenient for gas and shopping, near major highways, accessible to downtown area as well. Room and bed were comfortable, extending my stay was easy And trouble free.

Non smoking rooms, however having to walk past guests smoking outside their rooms. Room key kept deactivating the first night. No problems afterwards.

The property was clean, and very comfortable beds. The downside is the bartender was not a bartender. His margarita was horrible. Also we have stayed at many hotels , and the value for money wasn’t worth it. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels for less with more offered in bigger cities, but definitely a nice place to.

Well to be honest I got locked out of my room at 1240 am in the morning didn’t get someone on the phone until 440 am anyways overall they gave me another room and gave me my belongings back after they got the door open. The latch closes after we closed the door which made us locked out of the room for a good hot minute approximately 4 hours.

The rooms were nice and clean and came with everything me and my family needed.The staff were all welcoming and warming Adriana made my stay worth it she is a wonderful person to talk to and her customers skills are out of this world as well as another young lady that worked front desk I can't remember her name im so sorry about that.She did have color hair I think it may have been green or blue her customer skill were out of this world.Thanks again everyone for everything really grateful

Everything was kinda clean this time I have no complaints outside of the room could have been swept and mopped

Some of the neighbors have lived there for years and have definitely made their presence known by unplugging cars and causing problems early in the morning before sunrise

The staff is wonderful but some of the guests like to cross the line

The people sleeping outside on the property such as the picnic tables and broken down cars and begging for money knocking on our door for money not a good look at all

The bathrooms don’t get cleaned at all toilet seats have poop on it and booger’s on the shower curtain and walls and hair on the wall. Housekeeping also don’t sweep the floor
