room, rate, staff...learned that instead of a king two queens means the room is located away from the highway. Also means a bigger room. The front desk also turned us on to a great local restaurant. Overall the staff was very friendly and positive. Great vibe - well done!

now this is picky...the towels that the Marriott purchase are the same...from their luxury brand hotels to the rest...and the towels are, well, rough. This is true for the Grand National site in Alabama for $250 a night. I think they can afford a better towel like used at the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond or the Greenbrier in WV. Lastly the breakfast had something pre-made and wrapped without an explanation...again, picky

The front staff was phenomenal!!!! Reme and Dana did so much for us. We arrived early and they did everything possible to accommodate us. We’re older and they were so patient with us. They got us a jr. suite which was amazing. They made the stay at your facilty the highlight of our much needed vacation. If more places had mgr like Dana and Reme this world would run so much smoother. Two truly compassionate individuals. First time we ever stayed at Fairfield Inn at Marriott! The housekeeping staff deserves a shoutout also cause they’re the ones getting the rooms ready and spotless. Will stay again at your place!

Rooms were really comfortable and everything needed was available. Our TV and microwave had some slight issues and they immediately chnged our room for our comfort and customer satisfaction.We stayed as a family of 4 in a room with 2 queen beds and room was fairly enough space for all of us. Stuff was polite and kind.They have provided all the necessary information at check-in. We are extremely pleased with our stay.

Breakfast can offer more healthy options.Especially, we only had cream cheese option which is not really cheese.If hotel had a better breakfast menu, it could be one of the best hotels we have stayed.

The room was very clean and spacious. We were very pleased with this stay because the room was on the first floor just down from the front desk and that was an added plus for us, as we didn't have to travel very far for the entrance/exit, or for snacks or the breakfast in the mornings.

Therre was a little traffic noise but nothing too overbearing.

We did not eat breakfast. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

The sheets were very worn. At first we thought they had spots on them, but realized they were just worn so badly that you could almost see through them. The pullout couch did not make the most comfortable bed but didn’t expect it to. That has been my experience in the past with most pullout couches in hotels.

Mostly that we brought a Bluetooth speaker and no one complained about our music. We celebrated our 17th anniversary.

Maybe having a Jacuzzi tub in our suite. Or being able to get a King suite with one. But still we enjoyed our stay. No complaints 👌 😊

Upon arrival staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. There was some pressure cleaning be done to the building exterior. A staff member was outside and the explained the cleaning and suggested a different parking area so that our vehicle would not get damaged.

Overall, the property was clean, convenient, and cost effective.

The accommodation of pets throughout the property. For those with allergies, it disheartening to know the stay may come with avoidable circumstances.

The staff was wonderful! The facility was clean and updated. Breakfast was good and the staff was the best! Friendly and helpful, all shifts!

The temperature had risen outside. It was hard to get the temperature in the room adjusted. A little warm.
