The hotel was very clean and Breakfast was excellent !!!!!!

The room doors. We had to push the room door very hard in order for the door to completely shut when exiting or comming into the room.

Breakfast was adequate except pancake maker wasn't working. Everything tasty enough though . Location was perfect since i had surgery and was comfortable in room after returning from surgery. Liked the lighting in the room and the decor. Not dull and boring. Uplifting. Coffee maker was over the top and even beat Starbucks in my opinion.

Asked to be on top floor and they put os on first floor. Only give you one bottle of water each and no other place to get water except in bathroom. Should have a water dispenser somewhere in the lobby. Something about having to get your drinking water out of the bathroom sink is not appealing.

We arrived late in the evening. Parking lot was well lit up and clean. Easy check-in, clean rooms, nice sitting area out back that the kids danced in to burn off so energy before bed. Up super early, night shift attendant made me some fresh coffee, breakfast was really good. Gentleman and lady kept everything stocked and clean. Asked several times if we need anything. Made you feel more at home. Check out was super easy and very nice location for appointments.

The shower… I could not get the pull up for the shower to work all the way. So not a lot of water pressure or water for the shower wand. Water running more in tub and was super loud.

everyone was so nice and inviting! the room smelled so good even throughout my stay everytime I walked in it just smelled amazing.the beds were comfy, the location was amazing. I will book here anytime I come back. the grocery and food is literally right there and the shopping centers and mall are only 7 minutes away!! AMAZING! I came down for breakfast and a gentleman held my baby and interacted with him so that I could fix my food. such great customer service.

Everything was very modern, clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows, microwave and fridge in every room. The rooms were also very spacious!! We loved the breakfast buffet options! Swyft worked the buffet area. He had such a great personality too! He was helpful and just so welcoming every morning we came down!

No complaints - we would definitely stay here again!

I love how clean the room, bathroom, lobby, breakfast area and everywhere that part of the hotel. Perfect size for the family of four for the room that we booked. Staff are nice but most especially the black guy from breakfast area. He was doing so great at his work. Very attentive and helpful and friendly as well.

I recommend that if you plan to ask for late check out make sure that you are a rewards members which I didn't know. They only offer late check out exclusively to their members.

It was just what we’d expect from a mid/tier hotel as the room was clean and efficient. The staff was courteous, helpful and quick. The breakfast was perfect for this type of hotel. Buffet style with pancakes, sausage, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. The employee staffing breakfast was exceptional. He was kind, cheerful and hard working. He kept the place clean and well stocked.

Used to live right in that neighborhood, so i came back for my birthday weekend to visit brother and a few friends. I LOVED your hotel but the price of like 250 a night is insane, come on guys,, you can lower that, esp. in the Cloverdale area??!! Please do and if so i'll be back ;) Otherwise i'll have to find a new place to stay.

Friendly staff. Orderly breakfast. Rooms are quiet considering they are beside of the highway.

Room had a broken towel rack. Startled our daughter when she set the extra towels on it. For a downtown area, water pressure could be higher compared to other hotels in the same area. But that's just being picky lol.

During my stay there was not one door slamming from another guest. Everything was really quiet.

Breakfast starts at 06:30 am. 06:00 am should be much better. For that reason there are always a crowd of people for breakfast. I was not able to have breakfast as usual during my stay.
