This is my 2nd time staying. It is very clean & staff is nice

Not a huge complaint but the front desk lady was being nice & asked if minded changing my room. I couldn’t really hear the reason because she was so soft spoken & wore a mask lol She asked if it was ok that it was near the elevator. I said yes it is. Not realizing it was literally soon as you got off the elevator. In the morning it was quite noisy due the housekeepings carts rolling out the elevator. Also, once people when guest would get off the elevator. Lesson learned to say no next time lol Especially because as my trip was ending & I was trying to rest other guest just started their stay.

The Hotel was in an excellent location btw downtown W-S and the expressways. The room was well maintained and very comfortable. Hadn't slept that well in a while. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, but not stellar. Most importantly, the the coffee was strong.

A complaint I have with most hotel rooms - they're freezing when you first get in. But, the thermostat was easy to manage and we slept very well.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was up to date with new features, faucet and counter top.

Couldn't check in even though it was after 3 pm. The check in agent said I had requested 2 separate rooms even though my reservation had 1 room 2 adults. She wasn't very accommodating to cancel the second room but finally did.

The room was clean and comfortable and they were able to get us in before regular check-in. We tried out the pool which was nice and clean. They had a good selection for breakfast, nothing fancy, but satisfying.

The street noise was a little loud at night, so next time I'll ask for a room further from the street.

The room was exceptionally clean and I would know because I'm a germaphobe (not literally) I've traveled with my company all over the east coast and they usually don't put us in the best places. This was a personal trip so I was trying to save money, have a clean place in a good location with little to no traffic sounds and good breakfast. Got 'em all!

It couldn't have been better. For a higher price I would expect water bottles in the fridge but this is a budget friendly kind of place so that's not a complaint.

I loved the convenient location to UNCSA and the free breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable after a long day of moving my son into his dorm. The gentleman at the reception desk was very nice and welcoming.

Wifi could have been better.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spotless.

Our room location looked out over I40. Traffic noise was annoying, particularly at night. If we stay there again, we will request an odd numbered room on the second floor.

Everything was very clean. The staff was all friendly & helpful. Dedric made check-in a pleasure. Road noise was loud outside, but you could barely hear it in the room.

Our bathroom door didn’t quite latch. I prefer stronger coffee for breakfast.

My husband was the only one to go down to eat. He said he liked it. When we were leaving I went over to check it out but saw nothing I wanted to try. A wrapped cream cheese roll or some chocolate or powdered doughnuts would be nice along with some chocolate milk maybe.

I saw no place else I could put this and I’m hoping it will be seen here. When we stayed here on our last trip we paid extra for bonus rewards and never received them. The girl that checked us out had a problem with billing but when she got it straightened out she assured me we had received the paid for points. I see now we did not. What can be done about this?

Alicia the lady at the front desk was wonderful. All the ladies were wonderful. It was a pleasure to stay there.

The only 1 thing I didn’t like & won’t stop me from staying again is that the bathroom doesn’t have a fan. It got very hot in the bathroom.
