I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The staff was exceptional. Friendly, accommodating, professional. They made our stay feel like home. The room was spacious with modern finishes. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and crisp. We loved the walk in tiled shower. The hotel itself retained its historic beauty with a modern twist. Every single staff member we came into contact with was fabulous. It was so nice being able to travel with our dog. You wouldn’t even know the rooms are dog friendly because everything was so clean and there were zero traces of pets as far as smell or accident remnants. The hotel is situated in a great location. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. We loved this place and will be back!

The room and bathroom were very specious and the hotel design and décor were beautiful. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating,

Overall the room was clean but the carpet and baseboards in the room required cleaning (quite dirty) and the wooden floor in our room was squeaky. Also, there is no parking adjacent to the hotel so it takes about 5 minutes to walk from a nearby parking garage. Also, there was no mini fridge in our room.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was in a nice part of the city with shops and restaurants nearby.

The valet parking was an issue. There wasn't enough space for us to even leave our car so we had to park it around the corner and give the valet the key with hopes he would move it. The next morning the valet walked around the neighborhood clicking our car key trying to find where they put our car so they clearly didn't put it in the lot around the corner where we had expected it to go.

The hotel had a modern feel to it and I really liked the cozy rooms, comfortable bed and wooden floor. The interior design was wonderful throughout the entire hotel.

The breakfast menu wasn't interesting and the food itself was fresh but nothing special. I think there is room to improve.

The room was nice. The bar was great, and they also offered food & desserts from the great restaurant downstairs. And it's in a great location within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.

The parking/valet situation is a little difficult in that there is little room to even park for the valet. But it's not really in their control because it's due to small downtown streets.

The hotel was very clean with lovely mid-mod decor in a great location. The waitstaff was friendly and the apps we had at the on-site restaurant were delicious. I'm a fairly light sleeper and can be picky about mattresses and pillows but I found theirs to be extremely comfortable and I slept very well both nights. There are tons of great restaurants and bars nearby and we were able to walk to most of our destinations.

I would've liked to know ahead of time that the rooms don't have a fridge, microwave, etc. We also had to ask for more than one towel and there is only bar soap. These aren't dealbreakers for me but I would have planned accordingly if I'd known. I was also disappointed that they don't ever seem to offer late check-outs so we had to haul our things to our car (parked nearby in a separate garage for $14/day) the morning of our last day.

Lovely lobby area and good breakfast. Housekeeping very efficient.

Initially given keys to a room that was clearly occupied as beds unmade and dirty cocktail glass on side luckily there was no one in there when we walked in. Charged me for room that I’d already paid for on booking.com and didn’t refund money for 5 days which was a considerable amount.

Great location, property has great character. Loved the wood floors in the room! Room was comfy, as was bed. Staff was wonderful, every single person was so friendly.

A mini fridge in the room. Neither bedside light functioned.

Room was clean and comfortable. Incredibly friendly staff.

Lack of free parking. You either had to pay a ridiculous amount for valet parking or park on the street.
