Every staff member was exceptionally nice. The breakfast was definitely an elevated " Continental" breakfast. The attendant was seriously one of the nicest people I have ever met. The area was kept meticulous. There was also a bartender filling in and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

The mattresses and bedding could use an upgrade. Not horrible, but not the cloud floating feeling that I live at hotels.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast provided a variety of choices. The setting in downtown Winston-Salem was perfect for my needs: close to several of the venues hosting plays for the Black Theater Festival and close to shopping and restaurants.

There was actually nothing I could complain about.

If I had to choose, our room had a peculiar stench. Almost like old pee… not sure what that was about. though the hotel was pretty clean overall. Just probably a well used hotel that may need a few future renovations to give 5starts in my opinion.

The staff was great and the room was big. Bathroom was clean and big also. Breakfast was good.

Didn't like the fact that we had to park in a parking garage and pay $10.00 a day to park and was not informed of this ahead of stay. Right beside the interstate and traffic noise was bad. Heard sirens 4 or times during the night. Not conducive to sleeping.

I carried our breakfast to our room and it was delicious. I didn't make an attempt to eat any other place.

Being elderly and having problems walking, I wasn't exactly happy with parking across the street but it didn't kill me and parking was free so I really can't complain.

The overall stay was great . I just wished they had a inside pool. The bed was so comfortable literally my favorite spot . I didn't get to check out the exercise room because I was in love with the bed . And the breakfast was greatttt I love those waffles lol been looking for that brand since I got home. Definitely will be returning

The location was excellent. close to shopping and Christmas lights. great restaurants. a covered car lot for your car and the people working were so kind. so nice and going above and beyond to make sure that you were at a comfortable stay

Being directly off interstate. The rate was good.

It showed it was close to several restaurants but the hills for downtown were ridiculously steep which made the walk unbearable so we end up driving most of the time.

Central location. Perfect for business visitors. Staff were happy and helpful. Parking garage operated by room key card. Good breakfast. Large room with a dedicated workstation for laptop.

The Hotel is showing its age in the public areas and looks a bit tired.

The property and the building itself were every nice! Things were clean and in their place. The staff were tremendously nice and accommodating.

The bed was miserably uncomfortable. Extremely hard! My wife and I both tossed and turned all night, eventually waking up with a sore back. This was the ONLY thing we disliked about our stay
