We loved the location. It was within walking distance of everything downtown. We had a great view of the park which looked beautiful and lit up for the holidays. The room was very comfortable.

On Saturday morning the hot breakfast buffet was depleted of eggs and breakfast meat. After waiting for 10-15 minutes we finally approached the workers and were told that she didn’t think anyone else was coming so she didn’t plan to make more. This was at 9:00am and breakfast was supposed be o be available until10:00am. Several people came down after us and were looking for hot food also.

Breakfast selections were limited. Would like to see more of the folloiwng: * individual skim/2% milk / choc milk cartons; option of scrambled eggs as well, protein yogurt & gluten free options * Would it be OK if you have at least 4 trays of "a little bit of everything" (ie scrambled eggs in one tray; turkey patties in another tray; omelet in another; hashbrowns ..so forth & so on..). Note: when i wanted milk, they were out of it (they only had 2$ in a container). Please keep in mind that everybody's diet/ health selections are different. That's it...other than that it was an awesome stay/ experience! Thank you!

The parking attendant was amazing. He really started our great experience at the hotel. He made recommendations to some great places to go and restaurants. All the staff throughout the hotel, along with Amanda the manager, were wonderful. They made our stay the best experience we have had in a very long time.

When we checked in the front desk lady was very sweet and personable. Breakfast was great. Room and hotel was clean. I will definitely be back and will recommend.

The only thing that was sour about this trip was the front desk gentleman when we were checking out. He had no customer service skills whatsoever. We walked up to him while he was on a computer and we were not acknowledged for at least 45 seconds. After an awkward minute of standing right in his face with no eye contact my husband eventually asked if we needed to talk to him to check out. He then looked up from his computer to acknowledge we were there. It left a very sour taste for our last interaction with this hotel. That gentleman needs to be retrained.

The parking lot was too tight in my room did not get clean the lady was outside my room where I left my room and that morning and it didn't get touched and then they kept the charging me stuff that I didn't know about and I had to call him twice but other than that it was great I enjoyed the room and the breakfast the first day was poor the second day was great I would like to thank the people for letting me stay there

The parking situation wasn't ideal. The hotel charged to valet park or you had to walk down the sidewalk and pay for a parking garage. Parking should be included. The staff at the front desk were dressed in t-shirts and sort of disconnected from serving people.

I liked the location, close to the shops and restaurants, the parking valet was good, the staff was friendly.

I expected more of the breakfast. You would not expect throw away plastic forks and knives, and also the lack of a proper jam and cheese I found odd.

The breakfast was okay. It was free so I am not going to complain.

Water shouldn't have to be an option these days. You have a coffee maker in your room but if you don't have your own water, you must use the tap. I would rather pay a few dollars more to have it in the room

Valet and front desk staff are extremely helpful and kind. Amazing location within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast eggs and sausage were inedible and I’m not picky by any means. No self parking, only valet.

It is a great location a couple of blocks from all the happenings downtown and from the bus station where you can take a bus for one dollar to all kinds of places. I loved the room. Spacious with a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, large flat screen with many movie channels, quiet at night so you can sleep. Hotel room and lobby were spotless. Gym and pool I didn't use but both looked nice, delicious free breakfast, bar open at night, very polite and helpful staff. And very attractive decor in rooms and lobby.

Parking fee added automatically -- had to tell them to take it off as I had no vehicle parked on the premises.
