For an unexpected almost two week stay, it was a great spot. the location was so so but only because of the area. It was a perfect location in proximity to my job, that was perfect. Ms Deb and another lady that I cannot remember her name, worked 2nd shift, were very cordial and extremely friendly. The 2nd shift Indian front desk person, was rude and not friendly AT ALL... I continuously spoke to her and barely rec'd a hello back!

Front Desk and not to be nagged about whether or not your pet is staying - from the Owner, especially when you have spent almost $1500 on lodging.

Very good location clean rooms this is my 5th 6th time I had stayed in this Hotel and I really like the price and the location close to many stores and also close to the mall and the best part it is close to my family's house I'm from Michigan I usually go to NC one a year and this Hotel will be my favorite place "My kids and husband love their breakfast" :)

Breakfast was good. There was a problem with the waffle maker that caused a mess and the front desk person had to clean it up and it seemed to be stressful for him to have to do that.

There were people sitting outside the entry door at a table smoking marijuana in the evening.

Staff was friendly, beds were comfy, room was clean, AC worked

I could hear the neighbor through the walls which was fine, I still slept, but if you’re looking for some privacy or don’t want to hear that just be advised.

Tiffany , at the front desk, was awesome. Food was just ok. I would not call them eggs. The room was not vacuumed.

The hotel lobby and most was clean. Bed comfortably. Liked the shower. Housekeeping needs to speak English.

I was very happy with my room. I got the king sized bed on the top floor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and appeared to be new

I will say that my room faced the highway, which was incredibly loud at times, as a highway usually is. if I stayed here again, I would request a room on the other side of the building. breakfast was not good at all. they had what appeared to be sausage gravy and biscuits. the biscuits were hard and the gravy was watery. also available were waffles, cereal and bread items. I ate at Starbucks across the street

The bed was more comfortable than I expected which was a treat. I think the price I paid was a tiny bit high for the area I was in, but overall I am happy with it. It was easy to check in, people were friendly and we got some great sleep. It was quiet with nice blackout curtains.

I have nothing bad to report honestly. I think that it was on par with expectations for the price range that it was at.

It was in a good location close to everything and the price was good

The shower could have been cleaner and the walls in the bathroom were stained could stand a coat of paint or better scrubbing job.

Breakfast was OK. I felt the sausage gravy was a little bit too runny.

The extra charge two dollars and some after we got there

WAS SKEPTICAL DUE TO OTHER REVIEWS BUT THE FACILITY AND STAFF WERE GREAT AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING THERE AND WAS GREAT CHOICE FOR THE PRICE.

I WASNT ABLE TO STAY FOR BREAKFAST BUT DID GRAB A MUFFIN ON THE WAY OUT THE DOOR THAT MORNING AFTER I CHECKED OUT!
