Property was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. Overall wonderful stay. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The stay was very nice. Plenty of space, good parking. Nice area. Convenient to the mall for all your needs.

No breakfast no one on duty after business hours. The work out room was nasty do to some families with Kids, took over the place and made a mess. Could not use equipment

The location of the hotel is great!! The room was spotless, welcoming and in an ideal location for us. The entire staff was superb.

I realize guests are at the property for extended stays and want to be comfortable with there stay but at times the presence of smoke was overwhelming especially on the elevator for me due to my health issues.

Did not realize it was extended stay residence when booking. For an extended stay type hotel it was superior to others that I have stayed in. Bedding was adequate and ac was functional but very noisy. My biggest complaint was that it is so new it smelled very strongly of paint and solvent. That probably will wear off in near future

Everything was nearly new and very clean. I appreciate the solid flooring instead of carpet. Great price for the area. Away from busy streets and quiet. Staff was great.

While the beds were comfortable, they are very short to the ground. This may have been due to the fact that the room was an accessible room (I needed that for my son).

Bathroom exceptionally white and clean. Staff was very accommodating and so very nice.

Pee in elevator was pretty disgusting. 100% fault of pet owner. I have 2 dogs that I enjoy taking places with me, but not picking up after them is the slack pet owners' responsibility.

The hotel was clean and modern in the rooms. It was very spacious & accommodating for the price. The staff was also very friendly!

The only con I would say is having to buy an induction safe pots and kitchen necessities to cook.

Everything is beautiful, nice and friendly staff.

Shower and tub water is not hot it’s Luke warm it’s not hot enough for my liking. Elevator takes forever going up and down.

Family new, clean ,quiet, good location.

The front desk had limited hours and was closed even during the day for periods of time. Guests had to call on the phone to get someone to the desk.

I enjoyed my stay in loved the space in the room

Someone had smeared dried snots on the wall and I guess house keeping didn't notice it eww 🙄
