I liked the spacious room and especially the desk. Wish I had been able to spend more time at it. Also liked the location. Good restaurants within walking distance and a reasonable walk to the Greyhound station, which is why I booked this hotel.

Really inconvenient to have to go downstairs to get from check-in to the room elevators. I noted you suggest dropping luggage off at the back door, but when one arrives by public transportation or walking, that isn't really an option. Would have to take the luggage upstairs to check in and then down again. Also wasn't crazy about the bathtub. I don't really need an accessible room, but I could have used a grab bar to help me get in and out of the tub.

It was CLEAN.The beds were COMFORTABLE. The shower had great water pressure. The staff was amazing and accommodating even though we couldn't be there until the middle of the night. Everyone was nice and very helpful. The place had some great amenities even though we weren't there long enough to use them. They even had a voting contest for a table top haunted house for guests to vote on. We will be staying thwre next year!

The toilet was a little old school, but it was clean and functioned the way it was supposed to. Because there were 4 of us the 2 towels provided in the room wouldn't have been enough. Glad I remembered to ask when checking in. Could have used a bit more lighting in the main part.

Staff was so sweet and helpful. Breakfast was really good! Price was great and location was perfect! It was very close to everything around town. The beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet. Did I mention I love the staff?!?!

Hotel rooms could use a few minimal updates, for example the toilet in our bathroom was a commercial toilet. It was a bit strange not seeing a standard toilet, instead of one you would use in a bathroom stall. Would that stop me from staying there again? Absolutely not, a toilet is not a "make or break" for me when it comes to finding a good place to stay 🤣

We stayed only for a night on our way to South Carolina. We needed a comfy beds for a night and that is exactly that we got :). The rooms are clean and everything went smoothly. We did not had time to use the pool, but the pool looked superb. Deeper and larger that you usually find

This is more the problem of booking than inn as such: 1. When we marked that we are coming between midnight and 1 a.m. they tought that we were coming day earlier as a early check in and need to exchange couple of messages to make it clear that we are indeed coming late. Booking should have this more clear on its site. 2. The room had 2 queen beds and allowed 6 of us to book it, so some of the kids slept on the floor. Its o.k. as inn allowed six of us to stay and it was clearly stated in the room description, so the inn did everything right, just the booking need to have it more clearly labeled.

We liked the close proximity to our destinations. It was peaceful and quiet

The bathroom is small and so is the closet. The restaurant only serves breakfast at a cost and we couldn't sit by the pool since it was closed all day the days we were there. It didn't make sense that we were told to park around back if we had luggage to bring in even though other guests were walking in the front door and to their room with their luggage

Probably the cleanest hotel room and general facility that I have ever stayed in!

You must request a late checkout (12 vs 11) the day before unless you want someone banging at the door around 10:30. I personally had no issues because I was there multiple days and was able to navigate this small hiccup without any issues. not so for others on the same floor as myself. Maybe they should tell you this at checking in. They do say checkout is at 11, but no other options were given.

There were restaurants nearby which made it super convenient since we were a bit tired of driving at that point. Parking was convenient to the room as well. Staff was pleasant.

We didn't get a response about our request for a pet room before our trip and it seemed like the request hadn't been noted; I had to remind them that we were traveling with a pet. On top of that, it seemed like the pet friendliness was meant for cats and dogs rather than smaller caged animals.

The hotel cleanliness was great, and the staff was great.

The only problem I had about why i didn't give a number 10 ratings for me would be the complimentary hot breakfast. The hotel only served fruit (apples or oranges), muffin, or bagels. For the price we paid, I expected better. You are, on the other hand, able to purchase the breakfast, and even that I wasn't told. I saw that when another couple came to eat, and it was explained to them that they could pay $21 to have a better breakfast.

It was clean and convenient to downtown. Fred at the front desk was super helpful and nice. Our room wasn't ready at the normal check-in time so we ran to a grocery store to kill some time. When we came back Fred gave us a complimentary breakfast coupon for our trouble. BTW, it was delicious.

Didn't like that we had to listen to barking dogs in two rooms on our floor. When we went to the front desk they said there shouldn't be dogs on our floor, and that they are only allowed on the second floor. The clerk said unfortunately those people had checked out that morning. I hoped you followed up and billed them appropriately, as they must have lied and snuck the dogs in. I don't appreciate having to put up with people bringing their animals absolutely everywhere. Also a lot of noise in the hall and banging on doors. When my husband stepped in the hall and said something, the guy told him, I'm not knocking on your door, you would know it. Just plain rude people.

Call ahead to see if they had any hidden fees, The reception that answered the phone looked and she came back and said no. When I checked in my room supposed to have been one price through booking.com at $86, but after I checked in and check my bank statement they took out more money. They end up taking $25 more out those are hidden fees it's not right Plus that was the reason I called to see if they had any hidden price !!!
