Location was easy to get to and from. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Only 3 things. Bathroom door would not latch.... there was a small opening where the base plate of the bathroom sink faucet met the counter top letting water leak to the floor..... and the window curtains were designed to not close. We were on the 3rd floor, but the sheer curtains did not provide enough privacy nor did they block the light coming from the parking lot lights at all.

Comfort Inn is not a place that's going to pamper you in luxury. But what it will do is provide you with a clean, comfortable, nice sized room at a good price. Bed was comfortable. Staff is attentive and friendly. Our in-room fridge wasn't working. A technician was there to fix it within ten minutes of my calling the front desk. Breakfast was pretty basic, but it met expectations. Dining room was clean. Excellent location a block off I-40 and near the Hanes Mall. We use a white noise machine to mask background noise while we sleep, but ambient noise seemed minimal. Parking lot is well lit. All in all, well worth the price.

No real complaints, but people should be aware that the driveway is a bit tricky. If you come from I-40, you'll have to go past it and make a U turn. This is obviously not something that the hotel has any control over.

Recent remodel was apparent

The remodel was new bath tub/shower, very slippery. I knew to be careful but unfortunately lost my footing and flew out of the tub/shower landing very hard on the tile. Fortunately I did not hit my head. I immediately went to the front desk and filed and incident report and was given a bath mat for inside the tub. We can both be thankful there was not a more serious injury. Two other couple overheard my compliant about the tub and both stated they almost fell as well. I would seriously look into putting down some of those nonslip decals before you have a major lawsuit. You don't fall that hard at my age and not suffer soreness for the following days. Please avoid a serious injury to others.

The room was very clean. Room was stocked with plenty of toiletries included full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to shower wall. And plemty of towels on hand with no need to ask for extras. The breakfast was loaded with plenty of options including sausage and gravy, sandwich sized sausage patties, bacon eggs over hard (not scrambled)as well as the tradition waffles amd other assorted fruits and pastries. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not about the hotel itself, but it but it can be difficult to find especially at night depending on the direction of travel. The hotel didn't have turning lane access and was initially difficult to find the way in.

The cleanness of the building the decorations in the front as soon as you come in the entrance to check in or out

I didn’t like how one of the employees come up to my room banging on the door late hours of the morning ., over talking me then trying to tell me because I wasn’t making eye contact and demanding I make eye contact but was listening to him an trying to respond back to what was being said to me in a rude manner ,that I wasn’t taking him seriously that I was supposedly taking him for a joke because I was trying to make sure the child in the room wasn’t gone run out the door while talking to the employee that didn’t really care to hear what I had to say, but he wanted to be heard. besides him trying to tell me when I was trying to explain to him that he could have me removed and then walked off without really hearing me was just very unpleasant

The breakfast was wonderful and the location was perfect for a trip to JDL FasTrack.

Everything was clean, close to food, the venue I was attending, etc. Only problem was the hairdryer didn't work. The only remedy was to move rooms. While I appreciated their effort, I had already settled and didn't want to re-pack and move again. I used a towel, made-do, and went with pulled-up hair the next morning. Suggestion: Keep a few loaner hair-dryers on hand for these incidents. Otherwise, lovely stay. Will stay again for indoor track events.

We arrived about 3:00 a.m. exhausted. The man at the front desk, Kenny, was amazing! He got us extra Linens and towels and had them ready as soon as we came back from the car with our luggage and offered us a late check out since he knew we got here so late and had young kids. Both my wife and I were very impressed with him! Beds were very comfortable and Facilities clean and nice, particularly for the reasonable cost of the room. Complimentary breakfast was also quite good compared to some others we've had in the last couple years.

One of the elevators was not working, but it wasn't really a big deal other than a little bit of waiting.

The staff (cant remember the lady's name) at the front desk that checked us in was very pleasant and appeared to enjoy her job. Beverages, hot and cold, always available. When I checked in I took most of the lemon water. She asked was it good, to which I replied Yes, you may have to refill it. Her response with a smile was no problem 😊 Shower pressure 👍🏽 Alot of 📺 channels avail Didn't have breakfast Location was good, a little tricky finding it

Used pool later in the day of check in. The pool needed to be skimmed of hair The next morning, there was no lemon water, no cups for tea/coffee; had to go back to the room to get a cup, and the toilet was not flushing, which I reported at check out

It was Very clean, the Staff was great, friendly and polite. I will try to stay there every time I go there.

The breakfast was very boring because it was the same thing every day. The biscuits were very doughy, not done on the inside. Last night there I got up that morning and there was no meat they had run out and there was no substitute. Other than that the breakfast was always eggs sausage gravy and doughy biscuits. There were also people smoking marijuana at the pool. The pillows are like round balls they are not comfortable.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. Staff were friendly. There were plenty of restaurants and activities close by.

The area did not feel safe. It was right off of the interstate, and there were a good number of people sleeping in the woods by the hotel. As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable going outside to my car in the dark. I stayed 4 nights and never had a problem, but I was just aware that steps might need to be taken to ensure safety.
