This hotel was the perfect location for Kernersville. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Robin, the front desk employee, was super friendly and was a brush of fresh air.

The hotel needs to do a better job at making sure the locks on the rooms work, especially for single female travelers. The main lock on my first room did not lock so Robin switched me to another room. In the second room, the dead bolt didn't lock - it appeared the jam and lock didn't match up. I even had my friend who I was traveling with come and make sure I was just not losing it and didn't know how to lock the door. LOL All the locks in the third room worked. Robin was super helpful and was quick to address the lock problems.

We have stayed here a few times in the last few years and had a much roomier feeling room. This one is the first stay in about 3 years and the hotel is def showing some age and abuse. I understand you rent to contractors,and they are entitled, but they certainly are hard on furnishings and surrounds….cabinetry broken off, door to fridge compartment would not stay closed…heat/air unit seemed to run continually and very noisy!

Plenty of choices and whatever portion size wanted. Cooked breakfast, continental,fresh fruit, fruit juices, yoghurts, coffee etc. Help yourself 7am -10am. Pleasant surroundings and furnished so that families could sit together, or singles alone.

In UK we have very precise labelling for recycling and waste. In the restaurant it would have been helpful if the bins were more clearly labelled. I was not sure what could be recycled in North Carolina.

The front desk staff was exceptional, friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The shower was very nice and roomy. The mattress was very comfortable. Great breakfast options waffles, hot patmeal with toppings, yogurt, juices, eggs, lots of meat choices, and cereals.

The pillows were little nuggets. They were small pillows that were very uncomfortable. Each adult needed 4 just to hold your head.

The location and service was good.

The clerks at the front desk could not combine my reservations the first day which made me move everything out of my room after the first night to move it right back in after the clerk the next mrning fixed the reservation. When i checked out the clerk told me I could not get a copy of my receipt because I didn't book through the hotel which every other one gave me a copy.

Friendly people , great breakfast time til close, the check out time , clean room, rails for handicap, an the soap , lotin dispensary,shampoo , body wash, conditioner ..

The bathroom door way it just slides no lock, slides across closet then over bathroom an the tight fit between the bed an desks/stands .

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! There was a variety of foods for EVERYONE!! For the ones on the go, to the ones who could sit and enjoy time with others.

I believe the pool area should be opened later for anyone over the age of 18. I understand the reasons why, but there were a group of baseball parents that just wanted to spend some time together and it was cut short. Other than that, it was still a great stay.

Very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the facility. The buffet breakfast was a real treat and filled our kiddos tummies every morning before visiting a sick family member at kernersville hospital.

Good. Had some water drippage from an upper floor into the main floor eating area at the evening of our arrival. Handled as well as could be done.

Assisted us in making the stay as pleasant as possible.

Good location, free breakfast and clean room. Staff were friendly.

The bed was too soft and when we came down for breakfast at 9:30 we were told they were cleaning up already so no more scrambled eggs.
