The staff was wonderful. When I arrived in the parking lot. I saw a women smoking out front. Unbenounced to me, she was the front counter staff. I don't recall her name, but she was amazing and pleasant. She was personable and I had fun conversing with her.

The shower in my room was dripping and wouldn't stop. The dripping was annoying. Although the room was fairly clean and comfortable, there was noticeable dirt/debris in the corners of my carpet and bathroom.

The room and overall building were quiet, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. As a solo gal I felt fairly safe in the hotel and the area - there weren't many people around and nobody bothered me. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm. An excellent stay for the low price I paid.

Honestly I can't make any serious complaints since this was an excellent value. I would have loved a bit more shelf space in the shower or soundproofing around the door but neither of these things was any real irritation at all.

It was a nice little room for a one night stay. It was right off the interstate and had plenty of stores & restaurants around it.

The toilet handle was broken in the tank, I had to rig the chain on the flapper so you could flush it.the battery in the remote was dead and I could not get the tv to turn on, even manually. The light and the fan in the bathroom kept popping the GFIC outlet,every other time, you turned it on. For the one night I was staying, I just dealt with it.

Good.

The only negative I encountered was the room cards I was given never opened the room door even after going back to the front desk twice. The manager was called to replace the batteries on the door, but his card worked and he handed it to me. That is the key card I had to use to get in the room.

Great location, clean, pleasant staff for the most part.

There were only 3 tissues left in the box of tissues, so I called the front desk and asked for a new box. The woman said, "We have tissues at the front desk." I was so surprised by that, I simply said, ok. She must have realized that she shouldn't have said that because a little while later, Housekeeping knocked on the door and gave us a box of tissues.

Great hospitality. My rooms AC was working but not to cool the room. Front desk changed my room immediately. Staff is great, for being a Sleep Inn met my expectations. Love my stay and will definitely go back. Thank you for the hospitality and choices for breakfast

Only thing was that the first room AC needs repair.

Decent breakfast, comfortable bed.

Coffee, wish better flavor...I like my coffee on strong side. No choices/variations. I need to "wake up" not watered down flavor and power. It is not just your hotel all hotels are not providing good coffee anymore. There was no laundry machines to do my laundry.

I forgot to ask for a handicap ♿️ room when I reserved my room online, and there was none available at check-in, and there was a long walk to get to the elevator. I didn't feel secure/safe trying to lock my hotel room door. I could see light between my door from inside to the outside.

when I checked in I asked if my sister's room was close to my room. she could not tell me, but she was next door. I would like to think she had something to do with it. this made the logistics of our trip work better.

the coffee. the fact the coffee was available 24/7 was very nice the coffee was not the best. using a pod type system instead of the instant coffee syrup would have been nice.

I liked the staff I liked the room.

The first room they gave us wasn't entirely clean. And there appeared to be some confusion, whether it was actually somebody else staying in the room and they gave us another room. And that was OK, then we came back from an outing on Saturday. And our key cards did not work. And there was some sort of mix up when we checked in.
