Everyone was very pleasant, nice to have a breakfast to start my day, beds were super comfy and clean, Room was very clean and everything was easy to find

The shower was a nightmare, not sure if it was we were unlucky and everyone in the building was taking one at the same time or if where the room was it was farther from the water pump but there were times the shower was normal then it just stops to just a dribble of water was coming out. Everything else was fine

We loved the hospitality and the location near our family. We loved the pool and the room cleanliness.

The people staying in the room across from the ice machine on the first floor had a dog that nearly bit a young man in our family. He was walking back with my daughter in the hallway. The woman opened the door. The dog lunged for his legs. She clearly did not have control of the dog even though the dog was on a leash. He was very close to being bitten.

I enjoyed the promptness of breakfast and the kindness of the staff to open the pool a little early for my family and I.

The AC in our room would get warm at night... So that could have been improved and the chair in our room could have been more comfortable for my mom who has trouble moving around.

Bed was comfortable and the room clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome.

The bathroom didn’t have a fan or it was not working. Toilets are really low to the ground.

Best Value in 15 yrs staying in the Greensboro area. Clean, Courtesy, Great Breakfast, Breakfast Attendant was Awesome. Room was a Great size and Layout.

Well we Loved it being by the Interstate. It was a little noisy being by the Interstate.

perfect location for my purpose. cameras, cameras, cameras. (had my vehicle robbed in W-S, no cameras) a decent breakfast most mornings, there during Christmas and New Years, so, expected and accepted.

bed was super soft, took a couple nights to figure it out. the right pillow, marked “soft” and “firm” on pillow cases, made it proper.

The staff was extremely friendly especially the manager We had a slight problem with our room it was taken care of immediately and we were upgraded to a suite I could not have asked for a better place to stay The location was on point and there's lots of food and convenience stores surrounding very convenient!!

Fantastic breakfast service especially the attendant. She was kind, helpful and always there to assist. She also took time to explain how things worked. My one suggestion would be to keep the hot food utensils in a place outside of the heating unit because those utensils get very hot to the touch.

I forgot to put the privacy sign up and coming back from dinner the room was all nice clean beds were made and my property was intact. I was very comfortable and worry free.

Parking was to small for trucks.

Location was right near interstate, room was larger than expected, beds were comfortable and breakfast was hot and fresh!

Nothing really, the pool was at the very back of the hotel, but no big deal.
