The room and king bed were very roomy & comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the a/c worked like a charm!! The location of the hotel in Thomasville was very convenient to both High Point and Greensboro.

The little coffee machine in the room left something to be desired. Although breakfast & coffee were available in the lobby area downstairs, being able to brew that first fresh cup of coffee as you're getting dressed would be icing on the cake!

Staff was extremely friendly! I had asked for extra towels during booking online. Lady at front desk had them for us before we even checked into our room. Breakfast had many options - cold cereals, yogurts, etc., along with sausage, eggs, hasbrowns, & make-your-own waffles!

This is nothing on Comfort Inn Thomasville or staff (because they even told us if we had told them they would’ve taken care of it) - people on our floor were letting doors slam all hours of the night. This was our two year old puppy’s first road trip and every noise startled her and she started barking. Woke us up and hopefully no one else as we tried to keep her quiet, but she was scared. Just a note to anyone traveling to try to close doors softly and be respectful of others as some people may need to go to bed early or not woken up in the middle of the night by heavy metal doors slamming shut.

The hotel was clean and easy to reach, and the gentleman who worked the late night shift on Sunday (and the morning breakfast shift on Monday) was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was a nice touch considering most places don’t offer it anymore, the coffee was good and there were a fair number of breakfast options. All in all a great place to spend a night on a long drive, I’d definitely stay here again

The woman at the front desk who checked me in was so friendly, but also genuine. I felt like I was staying with an old friend. There was hot coffee available all night. The breakfast looked to be high quality, but I had to rush off without eating.

The doors to the rooms seem to be the original doors. While they are perfectly fine in form and function, they were really heavy to open. I would have liked more counter space at the sink.

Room was comfy and lots of space. Slept great on the bed. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Needed to use the business center to print some documents. Literally took 25 mins for the computer to turn on and open up windows. Then it never could connect to the printer. Staff suggested emailing my documents to them and they would print, which I did, but they said they never got them. It was a minor inconvenience overall, but having just moved to town, we needed the documents for a PO Box.

Comfort Inn at Thomasville is a very convenient motel for us. We have dear friends in the area and we visited them during our stay. The facilities were clean and the breakfast options were sufficient.

There was really nothing that we disliked about our stay.

Wonderful staff, comfortable bed, clean facilities, excellent breakfast.

That I made reservations on Booking.com. If I would have contacted the hotel it's self, I would earn points towards a free nights stay. Also, it was cheaper to go thru the hotel than use Booking.com.

The lady at the desk wanted my credit card to put a charge of $50.00 since she said they were not used to taking Booking.com. I asked if she would be taking the $50.00 charge off the next morning and she assured me she would. She didn't. I called my credit card company and they took the $50.00 charge off. Did my credit card company have to take the loss? I most certainly will not go back!

Breakfast was pretty good for this type of hotel -- clean and tasty, w scrambled Eggs! The staff is really the key here, they are so nice! Very helpful and efficient -- warm and friendly -- the place was clean and tidy.

The price was too high -- there for a trade show, but everyones price was too high.

Room decor and lobby decor was beautiful…. Breakfast area was clean…. Check in was easy and navigating around facility was easy no wait for elevator and shutter distance to vehicle
