Heather, the night clerk was amazing and the morning clerk, I didn't catch his name, was also very pleasant and helpful. We've stayed here before and it's always been good.

The fan in tge bathroom was switched on with duct tape over the switch to keep it from being turned off. Not a great solution.

Never find any complaints with a couple exceptions this time around-see below-easy fixes-Want to give a shout out to kitchen staff-always attentive to fill hot food-keep cold foods stocked-wiped tables and countertops often-and was just right on top of any requests to help if needed 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 As well as housecleaning staff who had our room spotless on early arrival👏👏👏👏

Bed in 207 was very squeaky with every move-light kept flickering off and on so we unplugged it and notified staff

Tv selection was not able to watch Netflix, elevator is located only on one end of building, requested a change of sheets waited a few hours no one brought any up so I went down and got them myself. Side door of building door does not lock . For the money I spent I think things should have been a little better.

Great place to stay! Excellent in all aspects with the exception of someone being available at the front desk. Great staff, great room and shower. Quality and well attended to breakfast buffet. Easy to find location. Clean and nice room. Great value!

Close to Everything to do in Lexington-very clean-quiet first night-loud second night-family with children-to be expected I guess-Cindy at check in was super nice. As was the lady the next morning who found my Choice Membership which I thought I had but couldn't remember at check in. Our go to place.

Hubby would've liked eggs at breakfast

Comfy spacious room, decent bath room. Lots of grass to walk dogs. Luggage trolley was big help. Near mall with numerous dining options.

I had my dog with me, as this was a hotel there was no direct access to outside so had to traipse through hall to take him out for potty breaks. Also, the website said pet fee was $25/night however on arrival I was told it was $75! Front desk was able to give me the lower rate, so travelers with pets should double check the fee.

The front desk were very nice and tended to our every need. We had to book another room for another night they let me know what was available, and how much it would be, making it an easy process. Conveniently placed, by some restaurants, a planet fitness, Gabe’s etc.

The stairwell kind of smelled like wet dog and was really moist and humid.

Second stay here. Good location. Clean hotel. Pet friendly. Allowed us to check in an hour early after driving 14 hours. Quiet, easy to take dog out. Alot of space to walk to the dog. Walked to Applebees for dinner. Breakfast was very good as last time. Will stay again if we travel to this town again.

We stayed here once previously and will continue to stay here when visiting family in nearby Asheboro. The facilities were exceptional & the staff went above & beyond to meet our needs. We had to check out early due to the sudden death of our son & the front desk staff was very cordial, consoling & worked with us! We appreciate all this hotel offers & would highly recommend this facility.

Clean room that was spacious with all amenities included - coffee maker, fridge, microwave and a separate sofa. Could not have asked for more. Breakfast was good and more than adequate. The hotel has several restaurants around and a lively place is very close by.
