Staff Friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking for guests. Saw at least 3 different methods of food delivery making deliveries to guests as I was checking in and good restaurants nearby. Got a ground floor room as requested. Room was clean. Plenty of pillows and towels were present. Room was comfortable temperature wise and night was peaceful with no interruptions to sleep. Check Out was a smooth easy experience.

Next time I stay I will request a handicap room. The low toilet and lack of hand rails near the toilet and bathtub/shower made bathing difficult but not impossible. Bed had a metal frame that was quite noisy and creaked with every move. Mattress was firm not necessarily a bad thing, just an observation. There was No Ice Bucket, Ironing board or iron in the room upon our check-in. No In-Room Coffee Maker was in the room either.

Minimalist! By 8:30, most things were gone. Few choices. On-line booking was not user friendly, and the advertised price was for a Monday night, and this was a Saturday night.Though it was about 9 pm, the reservation agent was unable - or unauthorized - to negotiate the price. I ended up paying over $150.00 for a small king room that we occupied for about eight hours. Never again!

On-line info. Authority of desk clerk to lower price for late check-ins staying only one night. Failure to restock breakfast bar.

Hotel was close to everything for us. Staff was super nice and helpful. Our key stopped working but they gave us a new one right away. The place was clean, even the common areas. Easy check in and out process. Would stay there again.

We only have minor complaints. The breakfast options were very few. We were at the top of the stairs so we heard everyone in and out of the stairwell. And our first night there were 2 gentleman underneath or window until like 3 am drinking and just being loud. The highway is right there also so I suggest a room on the backside would be better for noise.

Ants were crawling on the table, floor seemed sticky They are obviously making cosmetic upgrades to the hotel by fixing things up and in time im sure they will reach their goal to have a nice, updated good looking hotel The staff was very nice The surroundings were very nice It's not a dump or a transient type hotel Not a hotel where thugs use it as there personal playground

I'm so glad we didn't read the reviews before booking,bc had we read the reviews it would had turned us away!!! Luved the small size pool for the lil girl we brought with us!! Room was clean! NO bugs at all in our room & we always chk for bedbugs,no matter where we stay! Luved the the ac set up! Room got good & kool quick! If we r ever bck in Salisbury we would stay here again!

The second room was better than the first one. Have everything I booked and the bed was very well made and perfect. Also will book there again. The pool is open when needed also love the size of the room.

The pool was cold and I was warned beforehand. The refrigerator was unplugged and I found out on the last day of my stay. Also Black mold in the freezer of the refrigerator. The bed in the first room was uncomfortable with both people sleeping together.

Everything was really clean nice indoor pool A/c was cold good parking Coffee was great

Ok 2 things rooms on the front of building experience lots of road noise from the freeway second forget about the breakfast bar So get a room on the back and don't plan to eat breakfast

my room window in room 107 looked unsafe it was cracked ., the glass was from top to the bottom of the window.

The room was good in size and had everything I needed plus its convenient to all my needs.

Shower hose leaked and I informed them that same day I checked in. Also you have roaches. Need more safety checks on the room turned on a lamp and had sparks jump on I was not injured but it could have been bad. The lamp was replaced.

Everything was wonderful but some how had double booked 2 room and lost my money for room because had to cancel so tonight I'm sleeping in my car because I couldn't get a refund
